Love Dr. Louie, fabulous with kids and is very friendly. However, the older tech that I seem to always get is definitely lacking in the friendly aspect, she actually is pretty rude. And while the check in receptionist is lovely, the check out receptionist leaves a lot to be desired.

Best pediatric dentist I've ever been to and I have 3 children and have been to a few. The Doctor is so caring and gentle and explains the procedure to the child step by step. Bring your children here if you want them to have a positive dental experience. The staff is also progressional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Great staff! When my daughter had a tooth issue they were able to get her in right away and Dr. Louie took care of her tooth the same day and was wonderful with my daughter.

What an amazing office. The staff are so friendly and they really try to make the kids feel safe. I recommend this office to everyone I know.

Dr. PJ is absolutely amazing with my 7 year old son. He filled two cavities and he was so patient, kind, funny and made my son feel so comfortable. We live in Lewes, DE but after two negative experiences with practices in the area, we went searching for a new Dentist-the hour drive is more then worth it! Dr. PJ is the best and we are so grateful to have found a Dentist we can trust!

No help from staff. Random cancellations. No relief for my sons abscess. But at least we got to donate $200 for zero results

Dr. Louie is amazing and my 3 children had wonderful experiences with him every time they saw him. My low rating is for the office staff. I was initially told they accepted MetLife, military dental, when it was actually out-of-network. I didn't initially know this until our insurance switched to United Concordia and my children's routine visits were not completely covered due to being out - of - network and I found out on my own after getting a pretty hefty bill. It would of been courteous and respectful for them to initially let me know about MetLife and then when my insurance changed that my visits may not be covered. Other dentists/healthcare providers have let me know in the past about any insurance concerns.

My son has been going here since he was one; he's now 14. We have had amazing experiences! Dr. Louie is very kind and gentle. My son had some teeth issues early on due to health issues and now they are all resolved. My son wasn't even scared of the drill (aka Mr. Bumpy). I wish adults could see Dr. Louie too!
