Dr. Bachours mission is to keep every patient healthy and look and feel their best. She provides compassionate and excellent dental care with optimal clinical results. Her warm and personalized approach clearly communicates dental goals and procedures.
As the daughter of a dentist; becoming a dentist has been a lifelong dream. Dr. Bachour received her Doctorate degree in General Dentistry (DDS) fromLoma Linda Universityin Southern California. Following her degree she received a Mini-Residency in Dental Sleep Medicine atTufts Universityin Boston and received a Qualified Dentist Designation (QDD) from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Bachour is committed to the highest level of education with over 100 hours of continuing education each year.
I can't say enough good about Dr. Bindi Patel and the Loudoun Smile Center. Finding a new dentist is high up on the stress meter. Dr. Patel walked through a complicated journey of oral reconstruction with me. She was patient with my anxiety, recommended specialists when appropriate and kept the kindness of her good nature on hand each step of the way. She even made time for an emergency visit. I am so happy to smile with confidence and am tremendously thankful for the LSC team. You rock!
Every staff member that I had the pleasure of coming in contact with has been very thorough and friendly. They even laugh at my silly sense of humor. They are very polite and educate me on any questions that I may ask. This is the first time I have truly liked my dentist office and I do not like going to the dentist. They make me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend their services.
Yes had a root canal and then a permanent filling later. Amazing team and service at the front desk and the back. Dr.Moshemi always made sure I was good during the surgery even if there was not any pain. Will make you feel welcome the first time you come in the door.
Most kindest dentist, swift, laser precise, gentle, healing hands. She means what she says and stands by it, word and deed. Her genuine smile is enough to clam most nervous patients. I hope I never have to see another dentist ever! Great office staff, professional, kind, and thorough. Highly recommend seeing this amazing wonderful doctor, with a clear vision and amazing leadership. One quick addition, shout out to Tiffany, a very kind, gentle, communicative, and knowledgeable dental hygienist, with a great sense of humor.
Dr. Patel and her assistant are awesome! I had a crown put on, and they were understanding and professional. I also had my teeth cleaned by Kim, and it was probably the best cleaning I've ever had done.
I ran into Dr. Bachour's practice and have not searched for another dentist in two years. During these two years I have had: metal braces and saw her every 3 months for a deep cleaning, A root canal, and regular check-ups and cleanings. My family goes to her team as well. Her approach to oral health is amazing - it is an encompassing health care checkup. I highly recommend Loudoun Smile Center to everyone.

I love going to this practice. From the minute you walk in until you leave everyone is wonderful! Dr Patel did a fantastic job! Helen is a sweetheart! Everyone is professional, kind and caring!

Dr. Bachour is by far the best dentist I've ever had and sadly I've been to many. She's very kind, patient and a perfectionist, which I love! It feels great to finally have a dentist I can trust. Her entire staff is amazing. I highly recommend their office.

My wife sure knew how to "pick" places for our kids needs and our own of course. As busy as this place gets; I know it's not easy to maintain a high level of professionalism and understanding of a patient's needs. (Specially when short handed) I have nothing else to say but just being grateful.

This is my favorite practice by far. The staff is super nice and it's super easy to book. I used to dread going to the dentist. They make you feel super comfortable and there's no judgment. I would recommend this practice to anyone. 11/10!

Just WOW, I wish I could give six stars!! I am so happy I chose Loudoun Smile Center after moving to Virginia. The team at One Loudoun really embraces what a dentistry should be. Dr. Mohsenis and Dr. Patel are yes, amazing! But my hygienist Laura is apparently the best in the game. Within seconds of my first visit I immediately felt like my life was in great hands. But it doesn't stop there. After my visit, Helen patiently helped me understand my future procedures and goals. She effortlessly made me feel like i've known her for 20 years. Amazing work!!

Extremely difficult to book appointments with. They say they save special appointments for Invisalign patients but they can't get you in when needed. If looking for Invisalign treatment I would find elsewhere to go!

Dr.Bachour performed a lengthy much needed procedure on me. She is exceptionally kind and caring and uses only the most up to date technology. The dental assistants, hygienists and office staff are wonderful. I have been so well expertly treated at this office for the past 5 years. Thank you LSC!
