Dr. Lombard was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in life sciences at Pennsylvania State University, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class. Dr. Lombard was then selected to attend the prestigious Montefiore Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City for his three-year specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. A strong believer in continuing education to ensure his patients receive the highest quality orthodontic care with the latest in technology, Dr. Lombard has completed several post graduate programs and participates in numerous orthodontic study clubs both locally and nationally.
Beyond being committed to his patients, Dr. Lombard is dedicated to his family and community. He, along with his wife Annabel, their son Leo, and goldendoodle Simba, live locally in Loudoun. Striving to give back to the community in multiple facets, Dr. Lombard loves being able to partner with multiple schools and businesses in the area and is humbled to have been voted back-to-back Best of Loudoun the past two years.
In addition to being integrated in the community, Dr. Lombard is an avid sports enthusiast and adrenaline junkie. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Lombard snowboarding the backcountry out west, hiking new trails all over the world with his wife, or throwing the frisbee with his dog. Even with Dr. Lombards health-conscious active lifestyle, the fastest way to his heart is ice cream, anytime of the year!
Dr. Nickie Bastani grew up in Northern Virginia and received her undergraduate degree at James Madison University. She completed her dental degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry at the Medical College of Virginia campus.
Following dental school Dr. Nickie moved to the Midwest and completed an additional two and half years of training to receive her certificate and Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Nickie is dedicated to providing her patients with specialized care to fit their needs.
Dr. Steve Lan is a native of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Maryland Dental School and received a certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Pediatric Dentistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Steve received extensive training in all aspects of pediatric dental care including well child exam, treatment of developmentally disabled children, minor and major dental trauma, enteral sedation, IM/IV sedation, orthodontics and operating room experience. He is one of the few pediatric dentists in the Northern Virginia area that is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry has awarded Dr. Steve with the Richard C. Pugh Award for performing in the top 3% in the nation on the board certifying exam. Dr. Steve enjoys teaching and educating both patients and colleagues, and has been recognized as a Leo M. Davidoff Society inductee for outstanding achievement in the teaching of medical and dental students. He served as an adjunct professor at the pediatric dental department at the Childrens Hospital at Montefiore Medical Center.
Dr. Steve currently serves as a board member on the Advisory Committee of Virginia Head Start Program, Virginia Dental Association House of Delegate, and as a volunteer dentist at Loudoun Community Health Center.
