I wish I could give 100 stars. Loudon Dental Associates is absolutely amazing. I search for 2 years for a dentist to do complete implants when I found them. Dr. B and staff was so fantastic, worked out a plan on the first visit, worked with me on the payment, and made me feel very comfortable. As of today I have a brand new smile and I am so happy. I drove over 45 minutes to each of my appointments just another example of how awesome this staff is. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go to Loudon Dental Associates for any dental care needed

The young hygienist that treated me was probably the best I have ever had. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about her ability, she was so friendly and polite. She also was a teacher who taught her skills to others. I highly recommend Loudon County Dental to all.

I have terrible anxiety that leads to involuntary panic when seeing a dentist. Thanks to a lifetime of dealing with a degenerative, connective tissue disorder, there is no fixing my teeth, there is only upkeep. I'm not a fun or easy patient. Dr. Bautistas has always been nothing but honest and kind to me, which I appreciate. In the circumstances where a partner is more available, I don't feel like I need to reschedule for that reason. When I walk in looking like I'm headed to the gallows, every assistant has come for me smiling and been graciously encouraging. Even today as I nervously rambled and word vomited about absolutely nothing, dental assistant Sora continued to ask how I was and make sure I was ok. I can't keep my teeth from falling apart, but I appreciate the efforts Loudon Associates and their attempts to make them last a few more days.

I went through Perio gum grafting surgery with Dr. Kim and Sora - they were the dream team! First, I was so thankful that my surgery could be done at my dentist office where I feel comfortable, instead of having to figure out another place to go. Dr. Kim and Sora were thorough both in the pre-op appt and every step of the way. They were so calm and comforting through the entire procedure (three hours and later in the day!), checking that I was ok at every step. Dr. Kim followed up with me the day after to make sure I was feeling well and recovering. The whole office was welcoming and available for any questions before and after. Even Erica and Tish (front desk) stayed until we were done, beyond closing hours, and helped me following the procedure. Lindsay took special care of me, walking me through the predetermination process ahead of time so there weren't any surprises. Thank you guys!

Dr. Batistas is the best dentist you can see for any dental needs. The staff put you at ease and everyone is supportive patient and friendly. I was able to see Dr Kim today to have my permanent crown put in. I did it with no shots. Never before. Dr Kim is awesome as is his dental team. Wonderful people

Kim, dental hygienist made my dental visit a breeze. She made the cleaning experience so nice and easy. The staff here is super nice and easy going. The fact that I can bring my kids right next door and come here for my cleaning is amazing as well.
