Dr. Loud was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and graduated from Captain Shreve High School. He received his Bachelors in Biology from Morehouse College and went on to receive his Doctorates in Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2002. 'It was something I knew and appreciated,' says Dr. Loud, and so it became his dream to pursue a career in dentistry to serve his community and follow in his father 's footsteps.
Loud Family Dental first opened its doors in 1984, it wasn't until 2002 when Dr. Rodrick Loud graduated that he came to work with his father Dr. Rufus Loud. Although his dad has since retired, he is happy to continue to serve the community and keep the doors of Loud Family Dental open to Shreveport, Bossier and surrounding areas.
Hobbies: My favorite pastime is gardening. I enjoy camping and hiking, looking for all the beautiful views and sunsets with my family. Family: Married to my Airman, together we have 1 daughter and 2 boys.
Hobbies: Staying active with outdoor activities, spoiling my cat Keiko, and exploring the world to see the beautiful creations it has for us. Family: Married to my college sweetheart AJ, and we are expecting our first baby girl in October.

I JUST WANT TO THANK DR. LOUD AND HIS LOYAL AND COURTEOUS STAFF. THEY MADE MY VISIT, VERY PLEASANT!!!! DR. LOUD MADE IT SO THAT I FELT VIRTUALLY NO PAIN!!!! I'M SURE HIS DAD IS SMILING DOWN ON HIM AND IS VERY PROUD OF HIM TO CARRY ON HIS LEGACY!!! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO VISIT HIS ESTABLISHMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THANKS DR. Both of my daughters are patients here. We've always had great, positive experiences. So much that my 8 year old and 10 year old have ZERO FEAR of going to the dentist now. That's an incredible fear to overcome. Dr. Loud and his staff are always extremely professional and talk my girls through every part of their treatment. I would refer anyone to this clinic. I'd give TEN stars if I could.

Dr. Loud is a great Dentist his bedside manner is amazing as he takes his time to explain the procedure and make sure that you're comfortable. The staff is very professional,friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Loud as well as his great staff.

I took my neighbor to have a full set of dentures placed and she was very pleased with his work. He will NOT let you hurt !!

I was nervous about getting my tooth (3teeth) pulled. Dr.Loud & staff made me feel very comfortable & confident. I was very pleased with my fast,friendly & pain free visit.

HI! MY NAME IS SYLVIA GARNER. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION IS YOUR BEST IMPRESSION. THEIR FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THEIR WORST IMPRESSION. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2PM AND I GOT THERE 45 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. IT WAS AROUND 3:45PM AND I STILL WASN'T SEEN. PEOPLE WAS COMING IN AROUND THAT TIME AND WAS GETTING SEEN BEFORE ME. IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2PM AND PEOPLE WAS COMING AFTER 3PM AND WAS GETTING SEEN BEFORE ME WAS RIDICULOUS. This place is just awesome as far as dental practices go!!! First of all, the front desk is friendly and personable. The assistants make you feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor is just a cool and calm guy, the hygentist knows her stuff, and they lay out what needs to be done, what your insurance takes of, and what you would need to pay if you have to pay at all!! They see adults, kids, and emergencies!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you!!!

First visit. The receptionist very sweet and pleasant. Balonda and Dr. Loud were both unprofessional. Neither of them greeted me as they entered the room. I only knew her name because it was on the wall. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional visit. I wouldn't recommend this place.

August 14th 2019 ,Just started going here I need dentures last time I got dentures in Mexico. I gagged the whole time During the impressions . Here at Dr. Loud's office, His dental assistant told me she has tricks ...she put ice cubes in my hands and I didn't gag ,not even once ,Amazing lady ,her trick worked the staff is very friendly very professional and Dr. Loud is just a great person has great Vibe, and friendly, They keep the appointments short and quick I never waited very long for them to take me into the back exam room. They have TVs in the exam rooms so while you're waiting you have TV to watch, Clean smells nice and big fish Aquarium in the lobby/ waiting room. Over all 10 STARS I LIKE THESE FOLKS.....
