Julia is always great on the phone when I call. Very kind, great customer service. Was very pleased with Dr. Joseph and Dr. Rose is always amazing. Very family oriented environment.

Amazing service the front desk people are really nice. Easy to set an appointment and remainders for them in case you forget. Dr. Rose is gentle and nice.

Just starting out my relationship with this dental office. Been there for initial consultation and a cleaning. So far my experience with them is very satisfactory. Dr. Rose seems very thorough and professional in her evaluation. As of this point, I am happy with my decision to transfer to this office.

AVOID THIS PLACE! She will steal all your money she does not care about anything other then making money off you ! She makes her own prices if your paying cash . She is horrible with kids grabs them horrible . The only good thing about this place is the Hygienist .

Tried twice to make an appointment. Nope. Was placed on hold twice, and they never picked up the call again either time. That is horrible customer service. UPDATE!!! Got thru on the third try. Spoke to a snooty girl that said the don't accept Denti-cal. Even though its listed on website. Sloppy way to run a business.

I have ALWAYS been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist but after my first visit with Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful staff I'm not scared anymore. Here are the reasons for my 5 star rating: 1. They are friendly and caring. 2. No wait (I'm almost reluctant to share how wonderful they are because I have never been to a dentist with no waiting)! 3. I normally feel panic stricken when I walk into a dental office. I didn't once get nervous. Their office is so peaceful. 4. The dental technician and hygienist (I'm so sorry I forgot their names. I'm sure I'll remember them because I will NEVER go to another office) were both so gentle. I'm normally in pain during x-rays because of that thing you bite down on but she somehow made it comfortable. My gums didn't hurt after the cleaning but my mouth is cleaner then it ever has been. 5. They listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me as a patient. 6. Dr Nguyen explained all of my options and asked if I felt overwhelmed (being terrified of the dentist I haven't kept my mouth in the best shape) by all the information she gave me regarding my dental care plan. I was told a bunch of lies by my last dentist about the number of cavities I had, why a tooth was sensitive, and they made my cavity way worse after a cleaning. If you want the best for your dental health and your peace of mind go to this office.
