I love Lotus Dental Group! They have the best staff all of whom truly offer great and caring service. I also have sensitive teeth and Dr. Chawla is the only doctor I've found who takes great effort to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Also, after using Invisalign, my teeth have transformed and thanks to Lotus's staff, I love my smile again and I don't have to worry about the teeth clenching anymore! Huge thanks to all of the staff! I recommend Lotus Dental to Group to everyone.

Lotus Dental Group put acrylic ramps on my retainers to stop me from grinding my teeth at night, and they work really well!

Dr. Chawla will make sure to spend every cent you have in ur insurance, and Casandra will make sure to overcharge you and never return the call about the issue. Otherwise, the service is fine. Just be extra vigilant. Not a dentist I would trust.

Dr. Prathima Chawla is my family dentist and I highly recommend her. Her entire team is knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate that she explains any condition or concern thoroughly, and is very patient in answering any questions that I may have. This is the best, most honest dental office around and I appreciate all that they do.

I just started with Lotus Dental Group and I am so pleased! The employees, from the office staff to the dentists are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They answered my questions thoroughly and I've never felt pressured to do unnecessary treatment. I'm thrilled to have finally found a great dentist in the area!

OH MY GOD! My bite is fixed!!! I went on 10/3 and did my left side filings and 10/10 did my right side. Always an enjoyable moment coming here. After finishing up my right side Dr. Chawla mentioned let me know how your bite feels once the numbing wears off. During the numbing it felt really weird. Once I woke up it was incredible, my bite was fixed and I feel brand freaking new. This is definitely the best dental group I have ever been to and wish I can bring my whole family from socal here. 10/10 would recommend. You are in good hands god willing!

Both my husband and I had a terrible work done on our teeth by this dentist. She only cared about maximizing use of dental insurance and not our well-being. The crowns she put in did not fit properly and she didn't know how to fix them so she just put them in instead of sending them back. The crowns which cost a fortune broke after less than 2 years and because they were placed in correctly had created spaces between the molars and the molars next to them got cavities from food that would get stuck there and couldn't be cleaned. This of course required years of extra work on these teeth by multiple dentist and was not covered anymore by insurance because they already paid this dentist for the crowns. I don't recommend this dentist and I think it is important to let others know of the dangers of having someone mess with their teeth.

I had a great experience since past 2 years doing all dental procedures from Dr. Chawla and her team. I did my Invisalign Teeth Alignment and other dental work. The entire team gives their full attention paired with solid professionalism, compassion, and effective communication that helped me throughout the entire process. I continue to undergo dental related activities from Dr. Chawla and I would highly recommend everyone for dental related procedures.

My neighbor highly recommended Dr. Chawla. Things however went horribly wrong for me and my husband. In May., after over a year without dental cleaning and after we got the vaccine, we went to see Dr. Chawla. We both don't normally do numbing for any cleaning (regular or deep) and it's been that way with different dentists forever. Dr. Chawla wasn't able to do cleaning without numbing. She said she's scared if the patients flinch. We should have stopped there. We went along. What went wrong for me: She said I needed a crown (dentin layer showing) for my second to the last top right. I went with it. The crown was hurting so much and I was thinking to give it some time. After 3 months, it was still hurting, I went back twice and she shaved it twice. It didn't fix problem anyway until I saw a new dentist and she fixed it for good. The crown now is so thin in areas that the metal is almost showing. I was told the crown should've been made to close the big gap I have to prevent the food from trapping. I did ask for that, but Dr. Chawla's office told me the gap couldn't be closed. I didn't understand why. Now I have to live with a crown for years to come dealing with the gap. Also, the new dental office (hygienist) didn't understand why Dr. Chawla had to numb for cleaning because they never numb for regular cleaning and only do numbing for deep cleaning for patients who request it. Also, Dr. Chawla's office didn't do polishing for me after cleaning. I had to ask multiple times and went back to get my teeth polished because they felt so rough. What went wrong for my husband: In May. after a long year, Dr. Chawla said my husband only needed regular cleaning. In Aug. when he went back for a follow up appointment after seeing a periodontist, Dr. Chawla told him he needed deep cleaning (3 months after the regular cleaning). He went with it and went in for a half mouth deep cleaning. He came back with a whole swollen face that we've never seen anything like that. Also, he said the treatment didn't feel like a deep cleaning. It was more like another regular cleaning. We immediately cancelled the other half mouth cleaning. And this week when my husband saw the new dentist, he was told he didn't need deep cleaning for the half that wasn't done in Aug. He didn't need any deep cleaning in the first place just like Dr. Chawla told him in May. For whatever reason Dr. Chawla thought she needed to do deep cleaning for my husband only after 3 months was never explained and understood. The whole thing didn't make any sense. Also, Dr. Chawla told my husband to always brush his teeth right after eating, which completely contradicts what we knew about dental health. We are supposed to wait at least half an hour before brushing because the enamel is soft and warm after eating, brushing the teeth right after eating will damage the enamel. It confused my husband and he had to do the research all over again and confirmed once again that we shouldn't brush our teeth right after eating. We should trust what our dentist says or does. We don't have trust in Dr. Chawla. Response to the response: There is no need to communicate when we were done with the office and completely lost the trust. We don't have that kind of time.

I started going to this dentistry in 2018 while in college and with little money after a dental emergency. Even though, I had no insurance she took me in onboarded me into her insurance and fixed my teeth perfectly. Since, I have gone 3 times a year and have not needed any major intervention. Besides, the major fix in 2018, she has only prescribed me with a retainer for teeth sensitivity due to grinding. The sensitivity was specially bad when going through the dental cleaning. Though, I thought the pain was related to me just been sensitive and that the retainer was unnecessary, but I gave the dentist the benefit of the doubt and wore it for 6 months. I am so impressed now. I recently went for the dental cleaning and the teeth sensitivity was gone. This dentist is amazing and really takes care of her patients. I highly recommend her. The dentist will not put you through any unnecessary procedure and is all about maintaining.

Lotus Dental Group is amazing! Dr. Chawla and her team provide exceptional dental care, paired with healthy doses of professionalism and compassion. I went in anxious from a previous dental experience and they quickly put me at ease. They are very transparent about your treatment plan, and Dr. Chawla is gifted at explaining everything along with the pros and cons of various treatment options. The office is immaculate and appealing, and takes Covid protocols seriously to provide a safe and comforting experience for patients and the staff. Thank you, Lotus Dental Group!

I couldn't possibly rate Lotus Dental Group any higher. Amazing group, amazing care. As a person with a phobia of dentist offices, I am now a regular and it's actually enjoyable. I receive Invisalign through them as well and it couldn't be more efficient. Definitely give them a look if you are in the market.
