Love Dr. Chanel McCreedy here. She is the most patient, sweet and gentle dentist we have worked with. She was great with our kids when they were toddlers and remembers them, still providing great care, now, that they are older. With her gentle touch and calming approach we were able to avoid general anesthesia for treatment. Highly recommend her for any child and specifically those with dentist fear or anxiety.

We absolutely couldn't be happier with the staff here. Having an anxious child can be very difficult and before finding this office have had several bad experiences with peds dental care. Staff is always kind, warm and patient. Highly recommend Dr. Helen if you have an anxious child.

Dr. Suzi and her staff are awesome. Dr. Suzi is very knowledgeable and her diagnosis for any issue is flawless. The office is super clean. ( even before Covid their office's cleanliness was in a different level compared to a lot of other offices) . She and her staff go beyond to take care of your kids. In the past , I called them on new year's eve bcz my son had toothache and even though the office was closed , they responded to me quickly and took care of us. I have two boys ,11 and 14, who are seeing her since 4 years ago. We changed several pediatric dentists till we found Dr. Suzi. She is the best and we are all so thankful to have her as our dentist.

I wish there were pediatric dentists like this when I was growing up! We have seen Dr Helen and Dr Chanel so far and they both have such a wonderful, professional yet gentle way of caring for their little patients. They're also so kind to the parents. Both my toddler and I leave this dentist office with big smiles despite a number of dental issues we need to deal with, so I'd recommend this place to other parents in a heartbeat.

Great experience! Both kids (7yo and 4yo) were seen at the same time. Dr and all the staff were super friendly and helped manage the anxiety. For the X-ray they have special tools that make it easier for kids. Clear communication and no pushing for unnecessary filling for a baby tooth.

It was the first time for our 4 years old son at the dentist. I had prepared for a lot of crying, but he was happy watching cartoons while getting his teeth cleaned. Thank you Dr Suzy & staff for making it such a pleasant experience for my son!

As I have been very concerned about COVID 19 and my unvaccinated children, it took me awhile to get comfortable taking them to the dentist. When we arrived at the office we waited in our car and were escorted in when it was time to be seen and precautions were taken throughout our visit. My three year old LOVED her experience at the dentist and she now tells me all about the dental hygiene tips that she learned. We have made some daily changes and I couldn't be happier with a dentist! Thank you Dr. Chanel, Brittany and staff for your care, friendliness and expertise!!!

I have taken my two children to LG Pediatric since my baby girl was ONE!! She barely had any teeth but as a first time mom I didn't want her to go through what I did as a kid and only have bad experiences. I wanted to get her use to the dentist so she could be comfortable. She has had great experiences despite cracking two baby molars and getting two "Princess" crowns. Now my sweeet lip tied, Spider Man loving two year old son is a patient. He laughed almost the whole time at his cleaning... He got nervous but did let me hold him while the dentist quickly cleaned... kinda. But it's a start for him!! Covid has made us reset the way we introduce our kids to doctors and dentists. This team is an ALL STAR team and make my kids feel safe- even though they are covered head to toe with protective gear. My heart, they do a great job.

We love Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry!! My 3 kids have been coming here for years and love Dr. Chanel. Every single member of the staff is super friendly and professional. We've never had any issue with scheduling, billing, services, etc. Dr. Chanel and the dental hygienists are all so great with the kids. They explain to them what they are doing, and make sure they are comfortable before proceeding. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

It is always a great experience, even during those tough visits! We have been coming here for many years, and my son enjoys going to the dentist. It says a lot about the staff and the doctors. Dr. Chanel is particular is caring, kind, and warm. She can make the most anxious child comfortable about going to the dentist. Great Team.
