I had my wisdom teeth pulled (all 4) in one session. The procedure was completed very quickly with minimal fuss. Dr. Lyu was very professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Lyu for dental procedures.

This is my second time back. The first time they did a root canal did a great job. I now am at a point where I had my consultation I need two more root canals which I will get next week. My experience with the first root canal was he thought it would be more. complicated but it was easier than he thought it would be. The interesting thing is when he did the first root canal he went through the top of the crown that I had been having pain and sensitivity. I then had the crown removed by my dentist as I knew I needed a new crown. When the crown was removed there was such a huge cavity on the tooth that they used an endopost to stabilize the tooth and removed the decay. Then put a new crown. I'm so grateful I had the root canal there and I also ended up having a Dentist remove other old crowns that did not fit well. The crowns had cavities under most of them. So far I have redone seven crowns and will end up with three root canals. Having severe Osteoporosis plus genetics has contributed to this. The point is if you keep having sensitivity to hot, cold or it hurts when you're trying to eat or gums are sensitive there's a reason. You could have an infection. Dentistscannot see under a crown with an x-ray if there is decay. I'm so glad that I had my older crowns removed because I had a bunch of cavities. I probably would've ended up with even more root canals in time. This place does great work! 3rd visit and 2 more root canals. So far so good. Waiting for crowns to go in.

First thing when you come in the office is, you have to sign a form that you are willing to pay $150 for a CT. Second thing, they took right away an x-ray even when they had one from my doctor. Always want their own x-rays, what doesn't show anything else than the other x-ray but it makes money I guess and gives me more radiation. The doctor looked at my x-ray and said, that we need a CT (of course). After the CT what didn't showed anything new, he said root canal is tricky because the post of my crown is crooked. We could drill through the crown or go from the side but actually it's not worth it. Pulling the tooth is the best option. Really? Everything in the office was torn, worn out or broken. Office chairs arm rests were broken. I feel sorry for the stuff too.

The office had awful problem with keeping the schedules steady for their patients. I have never had any office that changed my schedule over 5 times!! If they are overwhelmed, hire more staff or even doctor for crying out loud or don't schedule patients as if their times are more important than their patients. The rescheduling was also extremely last minute with few times being on same day. I guess they have enough patients and don't need more with that type of dismissive attitudes.

Total botch job with no accountability or professionalism. Larry took cell phone calls several times during my first appointment. Larry said that he wasn't sure that my tooth wasnt damaged so he wanted to check the images with some other person. He clearly didnt and went ahead with the expensive root canal. The RC was a failure. Larry said he would reimburse a failure, and instead only offered to knock money off the tooth extraction. I went to a competent professionalism when the infection had now spread to my jaw because of Larry's lazy incompetence. She saw a crack in 2 seconds and said there was no way that tooth should have been RCed. Oh and then they just charged me 57 dollars for the "appt" where I asked for a refund - but it was just a phone call with front desk. And they threatened collections on non-payment. Does this sound like a place you want to go? (I also posted this to Yelp)

I was treated for gum recession at this office by Dr Madani. The result is great. Dr Madani is a great person both from personality and professional standpoints. I definitely recommend him. Moreover, the staff at Los Gatos were so hospitable.

I went in for a root canal, Dr. Puccinelli is professional, explained the process throughout the procedure and made what I consider a scary procedure very easy. Highly recommend.

Larry and his team are FANTASTIC. Highly professional team. I can't say enough great things about their practice. Had dental surgery earlier this year and was given Larry's cell number in case of any emergencies. Months later and time for a check-up; he's personally returning my call to ensure everything is handled correctly. Organized, welcoming and reasonable. Would highly recommend their services.

Not happy with that place I was getting twice extra charges on my bills. First was extra $10 because of Covid and when I called they said the next building they charging and we do the same( I don't care what other buildings do) and on another visit that I had got changed extra $60 for Unspecified endo procedures!! Really???? I feel they do robbery little by little. I don't recommend that place unless you have extra money to pay them.

I get my orthodontic treatment here in Los Gatos Dental Specialists. Dr. Yoon and the staff is great. They always get me in on time. My treatment is going smoother and faster than expected. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Lyu he is a great oral surgeon! My post op was easy with very minimal pain and swelling.
