In addition to monthly meetings, our dental team comes together at the start of each new year for a full day of New Year Goals and planning. We value our patients' and staff feedback to perfect everything that we do to help create a great patient-experience. We work hard at our meetings while having lots of team-bonding-fun. We also manage to play games and win prizes!

Highly recommend this office. All the staff including Dr. Lalonde make you feel welcomed. They don't rush through your visit. They don't treat you like just another name on the list of people to see. They really make you feel comfortable to be there. They are so accommodating. If you are looking for a good dental office, this one is the one you want to go to.

My kids love going to Los fresnos dental Center everywhere so clean the dentist and Dr Landon is really nice don't think I'll ever have to worry about my kids getting cavities.

Fantastic staff -- from front office to dentist! Couldn't recommend them enough -- they'll take great care of your family or friends. Heck, I'd take my dog for a teeth cleaning if I could!

The staff are great people, they treat you like family and answer all your questions. The office feels very welcoming. Everything is super clean and well organized! Staff are very friendly and helpful, they always give you advice to better your dental health. Ally family has always gone there!

By far one of the best dental office that I have been to. I got recommended to go to this dental office by one of my co-workers. Great customer service makes you feel nice and cozy with there awesome waiting area, staff there are very friendly and very polite I highly recommend this place. Thank you everyone for making this first visit one of the best ones will be back regularly.

Zero stars. No considerarion towards patients. They left me waiting for a total of 1 hr, was only going in for a cleaning. After they took me into the waiting room I waited 20 minutes and dentist Lalonde passed by , I asked how much longer it would be as id already waited a total of 1 hr and he said maybe half an hour. Just an excuse, no apology. These people apparently dont care about loosing patients. Edit: lol these people have the nerve to be offended and shameless based on their reply to me : D , instead of letting the truth hurt have some professionalism and respect for the paying customers , my reviews are none of yalls business, if I feel like rating zero based on my experience thats not your business. Concern yourself with your garbage services and how to fix them :D have a great day LOL

I love this place. They are always very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies are so helpful with insurance questions and many other things. The Dentist is also very nice and patient. My whole family goes here which consists of two adults and two kids.
