Dr. John O. is one of the elite endodontist Los Angeles has to offer, bringing his talent to our patients at Zakhor Dental Group. Dr. John is a graduate of USC Dental School with a specially in root canals from the enodondics program at USC.
Dr. Zakhor applies a local anesthetic to numb the area so that any pain or discomfort is not felt. A small amount of pressure may be experienced, but patients do not complain of pain from dental veneer application.
Patients have a choice sometimes, people opt for a shade of dental veneers that appear too milky white for an unnatural appearance that may seem fake to some. However, the choice is yours in how you want your teeth to appear using a shade guide.

Very fast in response. I had a trauma in my front tooth. They saw me right away and I ended up having a whole new smile much nicer than I ever had.

Great dentist with an amazing staff. Dr Zakhor is a very talented dentist with hands of an artist. He is also very intelligent and knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry. He works side by side with his specialists to make sure patients get the best quality care. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens to what they want and need. He would recommend treatment that he deems necessary but is never pushy like other dentists. I love coming here and would 100% recommend to others. Oh, did I mention his AMAZING staff already? But anyways, they're all great and awesome!!!

Dr. Zakor is an exceptional professional dentist. He is passionately dedicated to highest standard of patient care, integrity, honesty and professionalism. He listeneded carefully to my questions ( I had 100), answered them clearly and in detail. I recently started my invisalign treatment, and the results are amazing! I have always wanted straighter teeth. I never imagined it would happen this quickly. I am really excited to finish the plan Dr has created for me. Before and after pics coming soon :)

This places is a life saver. They took me in right away middle of the night and took care of my horrific tooth ache. You do need to call and make an appointment as they don't take walk-ins. So make sure not to make the mistake of just going there with an appointment. I needed a root canal and it was done the same night (Sunday night) when I went in at 8pm. I called them at 6pm and they got me in 2 hours later. Best emergency dentist in Los angeles hands down.

came here desperate with severe tooth pain amd they were closed at 10pm. Don't list as a 24-hour emergency dental if people can't access you in an emergency 24 hours of the day

This dentist was my actual at USC dental school and I can't believe I actually found him on-line when I was searching emergency dentist and he came up. He replaced my front crown which he wanted to do since he was a dental student. Things really work themselves out in miraculous ways. He also did 5 veneers for me and really transformed my smile.

Hands down the best dental experience every. I had a broken front tooth and needed to see a dentist right away. I looked for an emergency dentist that would do cosmetic dental treatments. They were able to get me in right away. The dentist actually took my call when I called and he was ready to see me right away. They made a crown for me within 24 hours. They even walked me upstairs to their lab and they got the perfect shade for my crown which matched the rest of my porcelain veneers. I'm definitely going back to this dental office. Hands down #1 dentist in Los Angeles.
