Missed an appointment with them and canceled a 2nd, requested xray records same day. Records were withheld, called 3 days later to request again and operator was wishy washy and said they couldn't release it for over a week because they are out of town on training. Obstructing my xray documentation is unprofessional, makes me regret handing medical info over to this office. I have to say the Dr was polite and competent when I saw him but his front office needs training. You dont treat people like that and expect to last.

I've been going here a few years and had a lot of routine dental work done as well as one crown and a wisdom tooth removal. No problems with any of it. Dr. Salem is the real deal and his years of experience and good bedside manner really shine through. covid-19 wise they appear to be doing things by the book, with mask requirements, symptom questionnaires, temperature checks, and social distancing, and cleaning / disinfecting. Going to the dentist in a pandemic can be stressful, so I also appreciated these measures.

One of the best places to go for dental work. They have always treated me so well, this is my exclusive and unrivaled place I go for any dental woes. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Honest and caring with the interest of the patient at heart at all times. Years of experience makes Dr. Ardy Salem the best dentist around. Tip when driving to there from El Camino, it will be on the left side, so you'll need to make a U-turn a couple hundred feet in. Then keep an eye out for the place. There are a few reserved spots for the dental offices.
