I went to Dr. Polk for a root canal. First, Bonnie, the receptionist, is such a sweetheart and answered all the questions I had. For the inital exam, Mieda took a lot of tests that included tapping on my teeth, and putting hot and cold items on my teeth to see if I could feel any pain. She was awesome. 30 minutes after that I had Dr. Polk and Bianca doing my root canal. They were on it! I was soooo scared but Bianca totally let me cry and gave me time to breath and recover my composure. They did it so quickly and explained what they were doing as they were doing it so it helped calm my nerves down. It was my first root canal and it honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was just super scared. Definitely go to them if you are having severe teeth/gum pain.
