Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Dr. Lorraine Hindy grew up in Morris County, NJ and attended Rutgers University-Cook College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry-NJ Dental School, where she received her DMD degree. In her last year of dental school, she was invited to complete a General Practice Residency at the Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ, where she was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Hindy is currently a Medical Staff member at Hackensack Meridian Health-Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ and teaches in the Department of Dentistry, General Practice Residency Program.
While Dr. Hindy practices all phases of General Dentistry, she specializes in Cosmetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. She is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, American Academy of Facial Esthetics,American Academy of Facial Cosmetics, The Aesthetic Enhancement Institute, and Porsche Club of America.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hindy today and I'm so glad I found her. She was warm, down to earth and friendly. Her staff was just as nice. Her assistant took xrays and Dr. Hindy came in and examined my mouth and tongue. No cavities, whew. Dr. Hindy proceeded to clean my teeth. Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend Dr. Hindy's services to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I only went in for a cleaning and future work. The staff was friendly and very informative about future procedures and insurance information. I was watching tv while my teeth was being cleaned which distracted any discomfort. May add the facility was very clean.
