Dr. Lorie Baumgardner has been a trusted member of the dental community for twenty three years. Lorie attended Washburn University in Topeka, KS before furthering her education at the UMKC School of Dentistry where she earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). Dr. Lorie is also a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, and American Society of Dental Sleep Medicine.
When Dr. Lorie is not busy providing excellent dental services to her patients she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending as much time with her family as possible. Along with all these activities, Lorie also enjoys playing the clarinet, guitar and attending Mass on Sunday.

My first appointment with Dr. Baumgardner was extremely easy and comfortable. Her staff is incredible, warm and efficient. Like her, they really listen to what you are saying instead of treating you like a stranger. The doctor is very competent and compassionate. She immediately understood the trauma, both physical and emotional, that I was going through. I had suffered a blow to the head which knocked my jaw and teeth out of alignment. She seems confident in resolving the issues even though she might have to submit a lot of paperwork to the insurance company, which a lot of dentists simply won't do. I feel very good about being a new patient of hers.
