Welcome to our office! At Lorenz Orthodontics we provide high quality orthodontic care for children and adults in a professional and friendly environment. Our team of dedicated and experienced staff works hard to ensure that each patient receives individual attention and an ideal result. With expertise in traditional and modern procedures, including Invisalign, orthodontic treatment in our practice is both efficient and enjoyable.
This complimentary visit gives you the opportunity to meet our team and receive a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation by Dr. Lorenz. Should orthodontic treatment be indicated, Dr. Lorenz will discuss all treatment options and educate you on the steps involved. You will be able to ask questions and voice any concerns you may have about your teeth or orthodontic treatment during this time. If no orthodontic treatment is currently indicated you may be placed on a recall schedule for periodic evaluation.
Dr. Allen Lorenz brings 40 years of experience to Lorenz Orthodontics. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Masters of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. He maintains active membership in the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Al lives in Weymouth, Massachusetts, with his wife Joan.
Dr. Rachel Lorenz completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (2004), Masters of Medical Science, and Certificate of Orthodontics (2007) at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. A specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, Dr. Rachel is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Tracie has been a part of our team since 2007. The mother of two wonderful girls, she likes going to concerts and having wonderful adventures with family and friends. Her endless patience and caring demeanor are invaluable in the clinical setting.
Keri has her hands busy keeping our office and her family of six in order! Your first contact with our office, Keri is more than happy to help with scheduling, financing and getting to know us. Her new puppy, Charlie, has been known to make an office visit so get your treats ready! A resident of Braintree, you probably already know Keri, or one of her children, who play 42 sports combined.
Tracy came to Lorenz Orthodontics 12 years ago and has over 20 years of orthodontic assisting experience. She is the proud Auntie of 8 nieces and nephews with whom she spends her days off with. Tracy is also fond of practical jokes, so watch your back!

Specially with the kids.

Needed a quick fix for a permanent retainer that I've had for 13 years and couldn't be happier with the result. Very welcoming very nice group of people at Lorenz ortho, I would recommend everyone to go here for your ortho needs!

I went to Lorenz Orthodontist to get a consult because as an adult I just wasn't happy with my smile. Prior to going, I had many different consults since mid 2019. I wasn't in a rush to get adult braces so I continued my search since I hadn't found an office that felt warm, genuine and honest. Literally, every place was pushing Invisalign. I choose Dr. Lorenz because she was the only orthodontist that acknowledged that Invisalign may not fix my canine tooth since it needed to be rotated. I appreciated that honesty and so today I got my braces. The process was easy and the entire staff is so friendly. I can't wait to see the final result.

I recently decided to straighten my teeth. I had a large gap and a few spaces I did not like. My dentist next to Dr. Lorenz's office referred me to her. Right away I knew things were going to be wonderful. At the consultation she gave me an accurate and a clear understanding of what needed to be done in order to reach my goals. Throughout the year and a half, I had to change my insurance twice and this was a breeze. They took care of everything and I had no trouble. My teeth are now perfect because of Rachel and her staff's commitment to excellence. The office was always clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend anyone to her practice.

My daughter currently goes here for orthodontic treatmeant. The staff are friendly and professional and their office is clean and conveniently located. Not only would I recommend them, but will also use them if my youngest needs them.

My family has received the best care from Dr. Rachel. They are very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Dr. Rachel is honest and very clear about the treatment plan. We have been coming so many years that the staff is like family!!
