She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Baim is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and enjoys working with a group of local dental colleagues to study and discuss more complicated implant cases. She has served as president of the Fourth District Dental Society, and serves the American Dental Association on the local, state, and national level. She is a member of the New York State Dental Association Council on Ethics.
Carl Shoemaker, M.S.Carl Shoemaker graduated from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. He received a Masters degree in psychology in 2007. He has been in the field of customer service since 2002, and specifically with dental administration since 2011. Carl joined this office in 2015.
Jessica has been dental assisting since 2011. She completed the Hudson Valley dental assisting program in 2016. Jessica loves doing outdoor activities on Lake George and spending time with family and friends. Jessica also enjoys hiking with her dog Dutch.
Kristin Howarth, RDHKristin joined our practice in 2013. She is originally from the Boston area, and received her degree in dental hygiene from Middlesex Community College in 1998. She is a licensed practitioner in both New York and Massachusetts.
Kristin is especially comfortable in the dental visit for the special needs patient, since she is also a mom of twin boys with autism.After her childrens diagnosis, she founded the Upstate NY Autism Alliance, a local non-profit organization focusing on awareness, education and resources for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders in the Capital District.
Susan Campbell, CDASusan Campbell graduated from Rochester Dental Assisting School. Upon graduation her career took an unexpected turn and she began a 25 year career in law enforcement. After retiring she re-entered the dental field and has been a part time dental assistant in our office for the past 6 years.
Our dental companion dogs, Matilda and Maeve, our here to make your dental experience more relaxing. They have been specially trained to sit on our patients laps during dental procedures. Please ask a staff member if you would like to meet one of our friendly pups !

Horrible. You have to walk up a steep flight of stairs to the office. They charged us, when we had insurance -apparently they didn't know how our insurance worked. So, they got paid by insurance and us and wouldn't give us our money back. We changed dentists, obviously, and they wouldn't give us the records that are legally ours. DO NOT GO HERE

Believe it or not, I look FORWARD to visiting Dr. Baim's office for dental work! The staff is caring, informed, pleasant, and willing to educate. Dr. Baim always makes me feel cared for and comfortable while in the exam chair. It's a gift to have this type of dental service available. Thank you all!

Ended up needing major dental work due to an unfortunate loss of a tooth. Not just any tooth but one of the front teeth. Without a doubt heartbreaking to have to come to terms with. When it came to finishing up this journey to bring my smile back and confidence I knew there was no one better than Loren Baim. With many years of working in this field I knew that she was the one for the job. Her eye for detail and pride for what she does is amazing. The end result is amazing and even makes me forget that it even happened.

This office is incredible! I do not like doctor offices in general, and I've never had a female dentist. However, this group of individuals put me immediately at ease...pretty much an impossible task. My daughter recommended them and I'm so glad I listened! From the receptionist, a gentle soul who makes you feel special the moment you call, to the hygienist who engaged me in conversation before I remembered I don't like talking to medical people, to Dr. Baim, who is kind, personable and honest. She did not try to talk me into all kinds of unnecessary dental work. You can tell when a dental office immediately tries to suck you in to every possible procedure, and this is one place that did not push. You know your options then are allowed to make an informed decision. The hygienist even gave me tips that I, a lazy patient, might actually be able to do to stave off further problems, in terms I could understand. I am thrilled with this gem I've found in Glens Falls!!

Had the good fortune of being a new patient at Dr. Baim's dental practice today. I had chipped my front tooth, and my previous dentist gave me a hard time about "fitting me in". I had heard great things about Dr. Baim and decided to give the office a call. Carl, the receptionist, was extremely compassionate and professional, fitting me right in. Dr. Baim and her assistant not only found something my previous dentist had missed, but fixed my teeth beautifully and painlessly. She even offered to fix a different, discolored tooth while I was in the chair. My smile is back!! Can't recommend enough.

Dr. Baim is a true expert in her field and craft. She has an eye for aesthetics, and really prioritizes patient satisfaction. The whole staff is really pleasant. Highly recommend for implant crowns/cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Baim is an extremely professional dentist with many years of experience. Every time I have stopped in, everyone on the staff from the hygienists to Dr. Baim herself have been nothing but kind. This practice really has your best interests in mind. I could not recommend a dentist more.

I have been a patient of Dr Baim for many years. Dr Baim is up to date with all of the latest technology in dentistry. Its a pleasure going to her office, her staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Baim if you are looking for a dentist in the area.
