The staff (at front desk & the assistants) are very nice but the dentist I had for extractions was very rough and careless of my anxiety/pain. He was a fill-in at that time. Not the actual dentist that is there. I was not pleased with this place at all- in fact I had to be refunded because the guy who makes teeth did not do so to my liking. He and I both decided I should go elsewhere, after 5 attempts of him making them and me not being satisfied . I clearly stated to him my likes & dislikes. His response is that there was no in between of sizes of a front tooth. I find that hard to believe. Anyhow - I wish you luck should you decide to go here.

I saw two dentists there. One took care of my immediate issues concerning paperwork, and the other plucked out some very bad teeth. Originally I intended to have just three removed but I reconsidered my options and they accommodated me right then and there, and took care of 2 other ones while I was there, without needing to reschedule! 5/5 both were excellent at their jobs. Going in I knew I had some teeth pulled so of course that was going to hurt, but the younger dentist was fast, and the staff explained exactly what I needed to do afterwards. They even tried to find me an oral surgeon in my insurance network. They specialize in getting dentures and partials as well. I'm due for a follow up in a couple weeks. They sent me home with medications, and explained what dry socket is, and how to prevent it. I was suffering for quite some time I want to say ~2017? I kept getting bounced around dentist, to dentist, till I gave up. Then I was referred to this place from one health Ohio up in Warren, as they can only do certain work there. So I got referred to lordstown dental. They took care of my issues. I can't speak for the other reviewers but I am very appreciative of how I was treated. There was no wait time. They actually called me up and got me in 2 hours earlier than my original appointment. 5/5 for the staff. Very friendly, and informative.

I broke a tooth and Dr Baji agreed to remove it. While he was drilling out the 2nd half of my tooth, he was exerting great pressure. I flinched and my arm came up. He yelled, "Put your arm down!" Then, as he was completing the extraction, I began to feel a sense of choking. I attempted to make it known to him and he again yelled at me, " Don't try to talk when I have a drill in your mouth". I will NOT be going back. I previously had had dentures made there 2 times and had no problems. The girls on staff there are very nice and treat the patients very well. I just don't care for Dr Baji.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. NO STARS. Went in to have all top teeth removed on 5/18/2022 at 4pm. I have really bad anxiety so took what was prescribed by dentist 30 min before my appointment. Wasn't given antibiotic prior to appointment, even though I should've been. During the numbing process the dentist was jamming the needle into the roof of my mouth extremely hard, I kicked my leg twice involuntary and was yelled at both times by dentist "STOP MOVING"! He started removing my teeth and when he got to my molars, he began using the right side of my face for leverage and was pushing hard on my bottom jaw!!! I moved my head to get him to stop. That's when I started hyperventilating, crying and shaking uncontrollably. I felt helpless and went into a state where I was unable to respond. I wanted to scream for my fiance, who was in the waiting room but was unable to. I felt like I was being tortured and I have no idea what I did to deserve it. When it was over they gave my fiance 2 prescriptions, 28 Motrin 800 and Tylenol 3 (I'm allergic to codine) they were told several times. My man told them again and they told him they couldn't give anything else for pain and advised him that I was going to be in alot of pain!!!!! Horrible experience, I wouldn't be surprised if the dentist kept my teeth as a souvenir, as he did infact torture me. That denist appointment made me feel helpless , I'll never go back there again and I'll never go into the back at a denist appointment alone ever again!

Lordstown dental clinic is absolutely phenomenal I am actually appalled by the bad reviews that I have read, my family and I have been going here for many years. This is my second son of dentures from them and they are absolutely perfect well worth every penny spent. I had all of my extractions down here and felt very little pain the day after and the following 10 days or so were taken care of by the correct amount of pain medications as to not be addictive. I highly recommend lordstown dental Care and Dr Ken. The girls up front are always awesome, they usually have appointments within a couple of days, and even if you missed a few appointments because of road conditions etc they don't kick you out of the office and not accept you anymore like so many places do nowadays they are very kind and understanding of all situations. They even come out into the parking lot and look for you if you've stepped out.

I struggled with decaying and broken teeth along with infections that swelled my face up horribly. They got me in quickly once I decided to go ahead with dentures. The girls are all very polite and friendly, and Dr. Ken is so likeable and listens to every concern. The doctor who does the actual fittings for the dentures (sorry I cant remember his name) is very quick and knowledgeable. He was able to just look at my teeth and pick out from the samples ones that almost exactly matched my own teeth! They will politely answer every question you have. The only thing I would say could be better is that they dont give a whole lot of information about the entire process, unless you know what questions to ask, and no take home "paperwork" information. I had my extractions done on a Friday and had some issues that I had to wait until Monday to take care of (which they happily took care of), just wish they maybe had emergency services on Saturday (like 9-12 on-call kind of thing). Also I can go in as many times as I wish to have adjustments made on my temporaries at no extra cost, (I dont have my permanent dentures yet). Overall, I am happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend Lordstown Dental to anyone needing dentures!!

This place is horrible. I swear a blind man made my mom's dentures. The office people are nice but the young dentist is rude, condescending with a major ego problem. They are doing extractions on patients in the office that should not be done. My mom's should have been done under some type of sedation because of the amount of crowns and broken teeth. I would not let this place make a Barbie Doll a set of dentures. They say you get what you pay for. Well, they are cheap and the service shows.

My husband went there . I was just his driver home. When he had his procedure done they didn't give him any paperwork of direction to take home . Husband was all groggy and wasn't walking very well so I couldn't take the time to inquire about it . I will at his next appointment though .

I'm one of those "special" kinds of people :) I have Celiac Disease, Lupus, and diabetes - all which made me lose my teeth. So, I am diet challenged in the first place, and when I broke my bottom denture, I panicked. I can't chew! With Covid19 concerns, I thought it would be a HUGE problem getting my dent repaired. I can't say enough about what a great group that Lordstown Dental Clinic (and Louisville Dental Clinic). Shannon put my fears to rest by telling me to mail by broken dent and she would see that it was fixed and returned pronto! Shannon also kept in touch with me, letting me know where we were in the process. This group is amazing and will handle all of my needs in the future FOR SURE! :) Why go anywhere else? Thanks again, Shannon. ((hugs))
