I take my children to Dr.Lord and they love it here. She's the best and her staff is wonderful. Won't go anywhere else!

Dr. Lord is our family's dentist she's great with our kids and so is her staff. We've been coming to her for years now wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don't recommend this dentist , they worked on my teeth and I could still feel the pain when they worked on it , I told them i could still feel it and they called me a liar and I will not be going back there and will not take my daughter there , I don't know if I got them in a bad day but I def do not recommend going here !!

My family and I like going to this dentist they are very polite they explain everything to you and make sure you are okay during and after treatment definitely recommend this dentist I only trust doctors lord and her staff to treat my teeth!!

I take all my kids to Dr.Lord! Very nice and I like how they explain to the kids about there treatment making sure they are comfortable!! I was having a hard time finding a good dentist thankfully I found Lord Dental my kids love going to there dentist! Definitely recommend going here!!!

I live very close to this place and decided to call and ask about a crown. The receptionist told me that they will charge around $750 no more than 800 .I told her I was self pay and that was great because I didn't have insurance and to make an appointment .When I got there everything was totally different. The reception is again knew that I was there for my front crown and I got in the back and a girl started x-ray all my teeth ( which was very very uncomfortable and took forever they need to update their x-ray machine) and then the dentist lady came and talked to me. Don't get me wrong ,this is Dentist lady was awesome ! She had nothing to do with my bad experience with the receptionist and was oblivious to what was going on between me and the receptionist . The dentist lady was totally professional she could have been a little professional a little nicer and maybe could have smiled at least once) let me know the important things about my teeth, even though I guess she did not know that I was only there for my front crown. I told her I did not want to know about the rest of my teeth .I was wondering why she looked at me like I was crazy. It was because she didn't know I was just there for my crown. The dentist lady was totally professional and I listened to her . After the dentist lady left the receptionist came back and she told me that the crown would be around 1200- $1400 which is the same price that I paid for the other one. I asked her why she told me on the phone that would be 750 to 800 and why is she telling me more now? She then replied as she kind of looked back in the corner of eye and see if the dentist lady was still there, that that is a who she did not tell me that. I told her yes she did and she's wrong for that .That is a lie she did tell me that because I remember it was the day before and I am self pay cash client and it was very important so I think she just scammed to get me inside the and they x-rayed my teeth for no reason.The receptionist is a liar and scammer.. and if I'm self-pay just think she what she does to the Medicaid patients. someone can get back to me I will speak with them

This place and my wife made her go in there for no reason and did not help her cuz it didn't this lady is very rude and cant smile or act human

I love this office especially for my children. Dr. Leyla is very attentive and she's gentle with her approach to very young children. My kids ask in between their cleanings "is it time to go to the dentist". I'm thankful that they are comfortable with the entire staff and the doctor.

I must have caught her on a bad day, last month because this was my 6th tooth being pulled & I have NEVER experienced SO MUCH PAIN, after a tooth extraction. She had an attitude, rolled her eyes when I passed presser test, shoved the out of something into my pallet. Dropped a tool, she was using & I hope she had a back up on the table. I personally will not go back there again. The reason I'm writing this now, is because I went to Mint Dentistry this Monday & they did the same tooth but on the other side & they did not shove & I was not in extreme pain for a whole week. I had a horrible experience. Never Again. NEVER AGAIN !!!
