Everyone is absolutely friendly and in a urgent situation with our daughter they took care of it on short notice and we're very patient with our daughter. Love this place and will continue to return!!

Dr Majewski is great, the hygienists are great and the desk people are great. The view is so calming to see before a procedure.

I just saw someone else's post that says Dr Majewski sold his practice and is now an employee of this place. That would explain the new person in the billing/insurance department that has no clue what they are doing and are continually harassing us. Time to find a new reputable dentist.

Dr. Majewski is now an employee of Loomis Road Dental after selling the practice. Do not expect the same level of efficiency as before. Staff is mostly new, charges are higher.

RUDE reception, I have been going to this dentist for over 25 years. They ran the wrong insurance so I show up for my first appt for a crown and the women wants the money down after running the old insurance. I said my new insurance will be better and less money down. She said well we have to pre auth that so you can reschedule. REALLY, I have been coming here for over 25 years and have always paid my bills. Sometimes its all about the money and not the service of the patient. I have scheduled a new dentist to do my crown. SO SAD!!!!

Last night I was dealing with so much tooth pain that I couldn't sleep. So this morning, I frantically called around to every dentist in the area to see if anyone could get me in. Everyone I spoke to quoted me next week at the earliest, and I knew I couldn't wait that long. Then I called Loomis Road Dental, and the staff was incredibly understanding and was able to squeeze me in same day to have the dentist take a look. By the end of the appointment, I had been given an prescription and had an appointment with an oral surgeon to remove the angry tooth. I normally hate the dentist, and dont go as often as I should. But everyone here made me feel so comfortable that I might just start booking regular appointments.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Our family recently moved to Franklin and decided to check out Loomis Dental. Being a new client they took x-rays. I was always under the impression that per my Plan my standard bi-annual cleaning would be covered. Turns out this Dentist's Office recently added a set of x-rays to be "more in-depth", but they are NOT always covered by all insurances. In my case they were only covered 80%. To me the money is irrelevant: to not disclose this information to new clients is terrible business. To be fully aware that not all Insurance Companies cover this 100% and not mention this to new clients to double check with their Insurance agent is beyond deceiving. How I would EVER have known to ask my Insurance if if "standard" new patient X-RAYS were covered is beyond me - And that was their response when I requested the fee be waived since it was never disclosed to me; that I should have asked my Insurance provider ahead of time - what a joke and hustle to get good people's money. DON'T TRUST THEM!

I had a toothache and someone referred me to Loomis Road Dental. They did not disappoint! They were caring, flexible and I felt gave me the most expert opinion possible. I felt like I could trust them. Would definitely return and recommend.

My wife and I have been coming here for a couple years now and Dr. Paul Majewski is great, he is very attentive and friendly. The hygienists and office staff are also very friendly and they have always been able to get me in right away for my scheduled appointments. I recommend Dr. Paul to anyone looking for a great friendly Dentist.

I went there today for first time since 2016. I went to different dentist after that due to job change and scheduling conflicts. I had a great experience with the Dental Hygienist and Dentist as I did when I went there before. I had a BAD experience with older female at the front desk. When I originally scheduled a regular check-up/cleaning on the phone, it took 3 times as normal to explain something very simple. Dental insurance provider change. I called back to confirm the appt. and talked live to same lady. Another opportunity to ask the same questions. She didn't. So, I show up early and she hands me a paper and asks me to review it for accuracy and initial. I did. No problems. She then asks me if there are any changes to my dental insurance? ( She said that she had a note, but made it sound like someone else wrote it and she was just asking. She wrote it, because she was the one on the phone with me initially ) So, I am thinking, changed from when? Since I initialed the paper a few seconds ago? We already covered this in GREAT detail in the phone. Since the info on the paper was accurate, I wasn't even going there. I just said no, nothing changed. So, on my way out, she is on the phone with another person, but looks over at me to see who it is. A few seconds later, she asks the other lady at the front desk ( while she is still on the phone ) to ask me if I still work for the employer that I did in 2016. What? First off, I explained this to her in the phone during the initial call to set up an appt. Second, she had ample opportunity to ask me that question two other times. Third, who I work with has NO relevance to what dental insurance I have. No employer forces you to use their dental insurance. No law requires dental insurance to be tied to ANY employer. It is simply offered as an optional benefit by some employers. Fourth, all she had to do, which is what EVERYONE else does, is ask, " Do you have dental insurance? " If the answer is yes, then, " Can I see your Dental insurance information/card. " That's it! All the info that she needs is on the card. I felt like I was being badgered and harassed for no reason at all. There is no need to be difficult and she has poor listening skills. My situation was/is very normal. She made a project out of it.
