Dr. Williams was born in Mobile, Alabama and is a graduate of Auburn University. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry in 1991 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has enjoyed many years of practicing Optometry. His former Optical practices include Hub City, Bay Eyes and Walmart Vision Centers. Dr. Williams has two sons and a daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and woodworking.
Dr. Williams is a compassionate optometrist who enjoys getting to know his patients as he remedies their vision problems. His top priority is providing quality vision care to his patients while educating them on the health of their eyes. Dr. Williams enjoys serving patients of all ages for optical care, from their first eye exam through adulthood. He practiced in Gulf Shores for years before moving to Mobile. Hes ecstatic for the opportunity to practice in Orange Beach.
Dr. Gast has been a full-time dentist with Mobile Bay Dental and Vision since 2015. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry with High Honors as Summa Cum Laude in 2015 and also graduated early with a bachelorette Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 2010 inBiologic Sciences.
He has been providing dental services to the southern Alabama area as a general dentist with current and past focuses in oral surgery, implantology, impacted tooth extractions, root canal therapy, Botox, sedation, pediatric dentistry, special needs, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Gast is a laid back and easy to talk to. He strives to put an emphasis on patient care and helpingthose in need. In his free time, he enjoys rolling through the woods on his mountain bike or shredding down the Rocky Mountains on a pair of skis. Being from Kentucky, it is said that he bleeds blue;however, there have been reports that he has been shouting both Roll Tide and War Eagle! He is happy to treat all patients regardless of football and basketball allegiance.
Dr. Gast enjoys teaching and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the OKUDental Honor Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Gast has received multiple honors for his volunteering of dental services including the International College of Dentists Humanitaria.
Dr. Quattlebaum obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine at UAB in 2011 and Bachelors in Biomedical Science from Auburn University in 2005. She has always loved the healthcare profession since the 2nd grade. She chose dentistry due to it being family oriented and allowed her to incorporate her love for science, creativity, and helping others.
Dr. Quattlebaum has studied with Garety Orthodontics and is a member of American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has expanded her education to include implant placement and restoration, orthodontics, Botox for treatment of head and neck pain. She is also very fond and experienced in working with children.
Dr. Quattlebaum is married with a handsome son named Brody, and two beautiful daughters named Caroline and Molly whom she adores. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her beautiful family and being outdoors.
Dr. Quattlebaum is known for helping patients calm their fear associated with dental work with her gentle touch and calming demeanor. Her ultimate goal is to provide quality dental work in a relaxing atmosphere. She loves to give patients the desire and self-confidence to SMILE!

Wonderful experience! The office is very clean, and the equipment is the most modern that I have ever seen!! The Doctor noticed I needed a filling and was able to take care of it on the spot! Starlet did my cleaning she was very thorough, and nice.

May I say that yesterday I went to Look at the Wharf and was very impressed with the treatment there. Dr G did more for me in one visit than another dentist did in six months. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I will defiantly go back and hope to have a long standing relationship with them. Way to go Look! :) Stephanie Craft

First patient of the day. Front desk was friendly and Starlet the hygienist did a nice job. Beautiful office setting and they provide vision as well. Recently moved to Orange Beach and will recommend LOOK Dental and Vision.

We were on vacation and had an eye emergency the night before we were suppose to drive home. We were able to call the next morning and get an appointment with Dr. Williams. Everyone there was super nice! Would definitely recommend!

Walked in without an appt and caught the doc on a slower day but they got me in and out within 10 minutes of the work i was needing done for my retainer!! Love there business!

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my glasses to be returned. Part of the eye exam was not done at all, yet I was charged the copay. My lenses had nothing extra added to them, and I opted to keep my frames. My lenses should only have been 30.00 dollars. For some reason I was charged 67.00 dollars. When I asked about the extra 37.00 dollars I was told it was for my frames. I had 130.00 dollar budget for frames. There is no way putting new lenses into old frames cost 197.00 dollars. I am still without my glasses and very displeased. I have called the last 2 days only to keep being told they have just been shipped.

I have been trying to get correct glasses since January. It is now almost April. There have been many instances of poor communication and obvious errors by the company: including my frames magically getting shipped after 14 days of nothing, until I called them, my frames breaking upon assembly, and my prescription causing me double vision and them being unable to be worn. I understand closing down due to the virus, but to not even get a call that they are shutting down when I'm actively waiting on my lenses to get delivered is ridiculous. When this virus blows over, I'm going to demand a full refund. The tech who helped me there was better than the doctor. She was very nice.

hygienist didn't even clean my teeth. Just ran the brush over the bottom teeth at the gum line.. That is IT. She never said a word, not hello my name is.... not we are done, nothing.

CONTACTS FOR THE FIRST TIME!! I was very nervous about getting contacts for the first time! I reached out and got an appointment set up no problem. I was seen very fast and taken great care of by everyone from the front desk to the doctor!! They took their time to teach me how to put contacts in and although I wasnt great at it I got it down now after a week! The follow up was great and they were there to help me every step of the way! I paid out of pocket no insurance and it was still very affordable. I reccomend them highly!!
