Went in for a root canal. Stated multiple times I didn't use epinephrine because I had bad reactions. Gave it to me anyway. Of course I had a bad reaction and the assistant said "we should have given you a pill before you came in". Very unprofessional and disregarded my charts completely. Absolutely in the wrong and will not be returning.

Referred to Dr. Nguyen by a dentist I now believe her to be in collusion with. Greedy and Unprofessional. Less than sanitary environment. Zero communication. Performed overpriced and unnecessary diagnostic then stated with without explanation or review of results that further expensive treatment was required.
