The visit to Dr. Dianne Pierson practice is fantastic. They are very good at their jobs. I trust them with anything they say or suggest. A lot of dental practices are out to try and make as much money off of their patients anyway they can. Dr. Pierson is not trying to do that and just wants the best for her patients.

Since moving back to Longmont in October of 2021, I was having difficulty finding a dentist in my health network that felt "Right ". I finally got in to see Dr Pierson and my intuition is exactly right. She spent quite a bit of time with me with a very complete exam and explanation of my options. The staff was exemplary. I look forward to my continued relationship.

Making an appointment was easy. The receptionest was very pleasant and helpful. The DA was very good and very patient. The Dentist (Dr. Pierson) was very patient. All in all it was a very good experience. No stress, no nervousness. I like this practice and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a very poor experience here switching from my Boulder dentist to here. The Dentist and the Hygienist were great, but the remaining staff did not prepare myself or the dentist/hygienist for my appt. Upon departure, I asked what I owed them and they said they didn't know until they sent it to my insurance. When I finally received a bill, there were charges on it I did not anticipate. I was unable to communicate with the dental office so I had planned on discussing the balance upon my next visit. Instead, Lisa (from the office) informed me she was sending me to collections (for $100). I called the next day and made my payment, and cancelled all future appointments. Life's too short.

In my 77 years I have seen many dentists but never felt I had found "the one" until I went to Longmont Family Dentist. For the past 16 years I have been seeing Dr. Pierson. The people at this dentist office are all wonderful and I could not be happier. For quality work, patient comfort and fair prices, there's none better in my book.

Dr Pierson is the best dentist. She is very professional but yet is very personable. I am very confident & comfortable with her
