Dr. Parker Falkenberg received his degree from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, KY. He received several awards while at Louisville including: The Academy of General Dentistry Award for Excellence in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry, The Department of General Dentistry Award and The American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Award.
Dr. Falkenberg is a dedicated lifelong learner including studying at the McCracken Implant Institute for Advanced Dental Implant Education. He has completed numerous hours of continuing education and advanced dental study. Dr. Falkenberg has been especially interested in continuing his study of implantology and other aesthetic restorative dentistry methods to help guide patients in their journey to building their confidence.
Dr. Falkenberg grew up in Arizona, and he earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona where he earned his B.S. in Biochemistry - Beardown! An avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast, Dr. Falkenberg enjoys hiking and fly fishing. Besides being outdoors, spending time with his wife Kelsey and daughter Kinsley is what he enjoys doing the most. Dr. Falkenberg is expecting another addition to his family, a baby girl, in June 2022!
Kristin was born in Atlanta, GA, but has lived in Colorado since 1987. She completed her dental assistant training from The Dental Assistant Training Academy here in Longmont, and joined the practice shortly after in July of 2002. Kristin handles the scheduling, insurance, treatment planning, and financial areas of your dental care. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Jillian when she is not in the office. In addition, she enjoys reading, hiking, scrapbooking, and traveling.
Katie received her Dental assisting training at Concorde Career College in 2005. She has been a part of Longmont Dental Care for the past 10 years. Katie strives for excellence and is kind and caring with each patient she comes in contact with. She enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable. She has a true passion for oral care and continues to thoroughly appreciate assisting in all aspects of dentistry. Katie is a Colorado native, she lives in Thornton with her husband Aaron and their two daughters, Emma and Ryenne.
Shara is our Licensed Dental Hygienist. She is originally from Southern California and brings with her a gentle touch and 15 years experience in the dental field. She was originally trained as a dental assistant but furthered her education in dental hygiene. She is compassionate and detail oriented.She has tremendous skill in her career. Shara is licensed in local anesthesia, as well as nitrous oxide. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her husband and children.
Longmont Dental Care is a practice where 'everybody knows your name.' Dr. Parker Falkenberg and his team are proud to have been serving friends and neighbors in the Longmont area for decades. Once patients find us, they never want to leave - some drive over an hour to see us, and we have several patients who refer many of their friends and family as well. Dr. Falkenberg is great, he explained to me my options and the best part of it all, I didn't feel taken advantage off and forced to do the most expensive procedure like the other dental office I had been, also, when I made the appointment I don't have to wait so long to be in and for my next appointment.

Dr Falkenberg discussed options concerning my current concerns and shared his recommendations. He made sure that I was never in pain and explained each step of my procedure as he went. He and Felicia worked well together and included me in the process. I would recommend Longmont Dental Care to any who want honest and professional treatment when it comes to your dental health.

Very happy with my visit to Longmont Dental Care today. The new Dr. was very helpful and professional. I didn't feel pressured to do anything I wasn't ready for. The assistant Katie is super friendly and does a great job as always.

Today was my second visit to Dr. Falkenberg's office. I went for a routine teeth cleaning. Mary, the hygienist was welcoming and understanding. She made me comfortable. Although I'm a grown woman I still get quite anxious when I have any dental work done, including cleaning. When I first met Dr. Falkenberg I hoped I'd have the same confidence as I had with Dr. Shepherd. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Falkenberg. He was kind, compassionate and gentle. I take care of my teeth and go to the dentist regularly. I already set up an appointment for my next teeth cleaning. I believe I found my long-term dentist and dental practice.

The first time I met Dr Falkenberg he had to pull my tooth and I when I had trouble with it he came back to the office at 9:00 pm and got me fixed quick.He has a pleasant manner and seems dedicated to help his patients. Bill G

They got me in quickly for a dental emergency. Even as a new patient, they were thorough and took time to explain my options. The office is clean with air filters in the room. They masked and encouraged social distancing. Added bonus, they have great plants and art.

Dr. Falkenberg and his team are everything my family and I hope for in a dentist practice. They are great at what they do, they communicate well, they are friendly and have a great vibe. Most importantly to me, they make sure I am comfortable throughout each process, and I am kind of picky! definitely recommend.

Dr. Falkenberg is the best. He is kind and explains what he is doing with great detail. His pricing is very reasonable which is one of the reasons I drive from Greeley for my dental appointments. However, the main reason for my commute is quality dental care from a wonderful caring doctor and staff.

Compassion, kindness, and excellent dental skill combined to make my visit to Dr. Falkenberg the best dental experience I have ever had in my life - and that says a lot. I am 71, have dental phobia, and "Irish teeth" - need lots of work. At my visit last week, he and his staff took time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that needed to happen in a 2.5 hour procedure. I was given a choice of types and levels of sedation and even a blanket to stay calm and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. The next day, the doctor called to check on me. I was surprised and impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Falkenberg for anyone who needs excellent dental care and especially to those like me who have fears and try to avoid the dentist as long as possible. I am happy I will now be able to keep up with my dental care by having Dr. Falkenberg look after me for many years to come.
