Dr. Robert Ahern grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska for undergrad where he received his degree in Biology. He then attended the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1990. After briefly working in Omaha, he decided to move to Colorado in 1992. There he opened Longmont Dental Associates with a focus on thorough care for the patient and providing them with all of their options. Dr. Ahern has been married to his wife for 28 years and has two sons. One is working on his masters program at Nebraska and the other is a dental student at UNLV. Dr. Ahern enjoys hunting, golfing, and exercising. A big Husker fan, he enjoys watching college football. He also enjoys giving back to the community and teaching to those interested in the field of dentistry.
