I have been going to this dental office for several years and I have to say that overall, the dentists themselves are pretty good. However, over the years, I have been noticing that the customer service, in particular with the office manager, has been free falling. Their absence of communication is absolutely deplorable. This is very regrettable because it absolutely ruins the customer experience. Consequently, I would recommend trying another office before this one. Update: Case and point: After posting this review, the office manager called me to let me know that "my file was ready to be sent to any other office". 1) I am kicked out of that office for speaking out the truth 2) instead of improving the situation, the office manager dismisses me, a fabulous proof of customer service 3) being insured through Husky, I am considered a second class citizen and second class customer not worthy of basic customer service. This is revolting and scandalous.

Great service, all the rooms property sanitized. I did my cleaning and my daughter's filling and everything went perfect. Alex was a really nice guy and he help me with patient filling all the paperwork that I had to.

I'm glad I came to Long Ridge dental as my previous dentist told me I have seven cavities to be filled and here I was told I only need two cavities needs to fill.and Dr. Park did it for me. He is professional and told me everything I need to know. I was thinking of going to Long Ridge dental for a while but I couldn't find a parking. Now I know the parking, actually the next street Hoover Avenue where you make a right and then you'll find a parking lot. I also want to mention the Alex at front desk is great and knowledgeable.

I finally found a place that was patient and kind with me, and I no longer fear going in for routine work. The front desk staff is also exceptionally kind, especially Alex. Alex has worked with me and been so amazing and caring while helping me with my dental plan and gone above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable in the office. I now feel confident with my smile, all thanks to the doctors at Long Ridge Dental, Alex, and the rest of the staff.

U just want to say that I couldn't be more happy that I change my dentis to long ridge dental they are the best I've been with them for 2 year and they are very cordial and the best part is that they take good care of my daughter she is 10 years old and she was afraid of the dentist before and now she is not thank you so much to the whole stuff

I went twice for consultations. I waited over an hour before seeing a dentist each time - first in the waiting room and then in the exam room. Bad experience all around.

Never ever ever go here! I brought my son in for a root canal. I gave them his insurance card and they said it would cover 100%. They started the root canal, which required several appointments. On the second appointment, when my son was back in the chair, the office manager came to me and said they had "made a mistake and that none of it was going to be covered" and I would have to pay out of pocket. I am a single working mom and work very hard to make ends meet. I asked for a discount, as it was their mistake, NO go. I asked for a payment plan, No Go. They offered instead to sign me up for a high interest rate line of credit for the dental work, which I refused. so they literally have my kid's dental work held hostage here. If I took him anywhere else, with a partially completed root canal, they said they would not give me the x-rays they took or share any information with a dentist who would accept my son's plan. So I was stuck completing the work here. Did I mention they broke a needle off in one of the canals? that was not retrievable? Doctor said not to worry, that the filling would envelop it and it would do no harm. On the on the fifth and final appointment, after paying steadily on the procedures all along, and after my son was back in the chair to have the crown put on, the office manager came out and said the balance of $1200 was due. I said I could pay $400 today and the balance over the next 6 weeks. I've already shelled out $3600 for the work that was supposed to be covered! He said we would have to leave if I could not pay it all today. I was literally forced to pay $1200 or have to go to another dentist and have a new crown mold made and put in. They are rude, condescending and liars and cheats. I have now done some research and it seems they may not be fully licensed. They charge more than what is accepted as normal for the county. As far as I am concerned this place is running a scam and I hope they are put out of business soon.
