A while back, I brought my child here for some routine care. At the time, my child had a fear of going to the dentist. He was nervous and fidgety - was afraid to open up as big as the dentist wanted. After about 15 minutes, Long threw up his hands and declared he was "done". My son left without getting care. Since then, we have since found a kid-friendly dentist that doesn't get frustrated and makes patients feel unwelcome.

This man has clearly mastered dentistry lol fragmented a part of my back teeth I was dreading going to the dentist for it because I thought it would be an arduous and painful process but he fixed it in like 10 minutes

Dr. Long is the most professional dentist ive ever met with a heart of gold. His staff are upbeat and friendly and their work shows how much they really care about their patients. By far the best dental practice ive ever visited.

Dr. Long is both an exceptional person and an exceptional dentist. He surrounds himself with a knowledgable and caring staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Long!

I had an emergency & Dr. Long worked me into the same day schedule. This was my 1st time ever going there. Guess I just found my new dentist. He was AMAZING! Very nice man. I am truly thankful! The lady (can't remember her name but she has 2 grown kids & 4 grandbabies bc we were talking about being done Christmas shopping) that helped Dr. Long was also one of the sweetest ppl ever! Such kindness filled that room. I felt very welcomed! Now the 2 lady's at the front desk (only 1 really worked with me) were not very kind whatsoever. I felt unwelcome. I got the vibe that they were talking about me and for some reason didn't like me. Almost to the point I was going to ask her what her problem with me was, but didn't. It bothered me long after leaving. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Merry Christmas Dr. Long & staff

This dentist office is super friendly. They recognize you as soon as you enter the office. They do everything to make sure you are comfortable no matter what the procedure is. I have been going to this same office all my life and I am 56 years old. Dr. Long and his staff is awesome!!!

Had a great experience. I had pain and Dr. Long was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I had a crown done and it's perfect. He was able to make it in his office, so no temporary. The staff was friendly good at their jobs. Dr. Long is always up to date on the latest technology. He's a great dentist and is known for this.

Dr. Long and the staff were very gentle and listened to what I had to say about my teeth. They were very courteous, professional and attentive. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

First visit for the family and is very impressed. Thank you for being open and honest with treatment options, instead of suggesting treatments that clearly are not needed. Nice and welcoming facility. A+
