AMAZINGLY helpful and professional staff all around. Dr Fanti was very thorough in explaining the options I had, very straight forward and never once felt rushed out the visit. Any out-of-pocket procedures are fairly priced and appointments are always available and as soon as possible. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Dr Bast and the staff are wonderful helpful and kind! I hate the dentist but at this office my fears all go away. I highly recommend this office.

Dr.Fanti is the best oral surgeon thank you for getting me out of pain. Beth the assistant is very welcoming she made me want to come here! :) I will choose this place for my emergency tooth aches!

We were referred by my daughters ortho for consult- made appt (which was easy)- arrive at appt on time with all documentation- cd/X-ray/insurance ID to etc. was placed in exam room waited an hour and NO doctor- No body comes in to explain why we are waiting so long. We proceed to leave as this is unacceptable- if the role was reversed and I arrived late they would charge me a late fee and not see me. Office manager calls and their solution is to offer my daughter another appt in Selden when we initially scheduled in Patchogue for proximity to where we live. Absolutely unacceptable.

The air about the Patchogue LEOS office is crisp and clean. The knowledgeable and comforting professional staff lead the way with an action plan right from the first moment. A definite recommend.

I worked with Dr. Bast for almost 2 years on two implants that I had been avoiding. The staff and the doctor were informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Bast also communicated with my dentist during the implant process, so he also knew what was going on and what i would need. I highly recommend using this practice as you will get the best care for your needs and the results you want.

Dr. Bast was the best! I had no pain in all of the treatments that I had. The employees were very nice, they really cared for you. I felt so at ease every time I went there. Just one thing to mention. After the bone graft, use the mouthwash provided. I didn't because I was not eating but that was wrong it also heals!

Dr.Bast and the Ladies he has with him are the best. I've never had a problem there and they exactly make it fun to see the Dentist. Very Professional and would definitely would recommend to Friends and Family. Thanks for Being my Teeth Team. Mike D

I suffer from extreme Anxiety and fear of dentist. I was so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Super nice people good communication nice and clean. Thought I had an issue after extraction and they fit me right in. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

My wife went Dr. Joseph A. Fanti. (DMD)help us with all treatment,extractions, explain everything with detail, very professional. The office is extremely professional. DR. FANTI.was the surgeon was very careful and caring. My wife did not feel any pain during the extraction. All the staff are great!! Thank you very much. DR. Fanti, Rachel, Beth.

Dr. Fanti and team was fantastic. I went there couple of weeks ago in a frantic state both of my tooth were infected and needed to be removed asap. I was given detailed attention even though I was new patient. Thanks a millions I feel so relieved that mg pain is gone. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bast is great! I went in for a last minute consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed because they were hurting me really badly. What was just supposed to be a consultation turned into him extracting them that day! He explained exactly how everything was going to go and was incredibly kind and thorough. Would recommend him to anyone.

I personally hate dentist in general. But as soon as I walked into this place I felt comforted and welcomed. Dr.Bast was so nice and also made sure that I was comfortable the whole way through the procedure. Hopefully I don't need to come back but if I do, I'm going to Dr.Bast. Strongly recommend this place!!

Dr Bast has always treated me with the utmost care. He takes time to explain the procedure s needed. When it comes time for the surgery , he makes you feel at ease. All of the procedures are pain free. The staff who makes the next appointment on the way out and his assistant during my procedures are very caring and a pleasure. DR Bast is also the first doctor to NOT play typical dentist music. Another thimbs up on that. My only complaint is that Dr Bast does not do general dentistry as it is hard to find a man of his caliber and concern for his patients. .

Dr. Capuano and his staff were amazing. They saw me as an emergency and I am so thankful. I was in terrible pain. Staff was nice and accommodating. Office manager Sarah was polite and friendly. Dr. Capuano's assistant, I think her name is Jessica was very knowledgeable, attentive and super sweet. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was scheduled for an extraction about a week ago. I was in pain and going to the dentist was not on my list of favorite things to do. I was extremely anxious. I was treated by Dr. William Bast and his staff. The actual procedure was virtually painless. I was comfortable throughout the process. My recovery was uneventful. I would highly recommend Leading Edge Oral Surgery and Dr Bast . The office made an intolerable situation relatively simple. Thank you so much.

My daughter needed three primary teeth extracted per her orthodontist. The ortho referred us to another oral surgeon, we waited 3 mos for an appointment due to the back log from Covid. The day before her appointment with the other office, we were told they did not accept our insurance. 3 months wasted! I called Dr. Basts office (Patchogue Office), the staff was very friendly to speak with. They knew my insurance immediately and fit my daughter in within a week for her consult. Dr. Bast was amazing-very informative, upbeat and had a very happy and calming demeanor. He was also able to remove my daughters 3 teeth the same appointment! It literally took him 7-10 min. My daughter had the nitrous oxide, 'slept' for the 7 min. extractions and had such a wonderful experience. I would recommend Dr. Bast and his office to everyone! Such a wonderful, caring and happy office. Thank you so much!!

They are amazing! When scheduling my emergency appointment, The receptionist Alexis was so patient, professional and understanding. She managed to squeeze me in a appointment last minute and I was able to get my procedure done. The staff are very professional and assured me that everything will be fine. Also the Dr. William Bast was excellent!

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bast, he is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable in his field and just all around a nice guy. I felt super comfortable with him completing my procedure. Highly, highly, recommend! Everyone in the office was nice to me from the office secretary Alexis, to the nurses (or dental assistants I don't know their title sorry) that brought me to my room, and the lady that collects money on the way out who's name I forgot.

I scheduled a same day appointment and they got me right in. I saw Joseph Fanti. He is awesome. I had two wisdom teeth removed. The process was quick. They made me feel very comfortable. The office is clean, cute, cozy and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone here. Thank you to everyone in the office.
