After completing her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Michigan State University, Dr. DeMars received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercys School of Dentistry in 2001. During her residency at Loyola University Medical Center, she focused on providing comprehensive dentistry to a wide range of patients, including cosmetics, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, pediatrics, orthodontics and oral surgery.
She has taken continuing education courses with leading professionals in the dental field, such as Dr. David Hornbrook and Dr. Larry Rosenthal. She has gained extensive experience with restorative and cosmetic dental procedures, from veneers, Invisalign and teeth whitening to full mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. DeMars lives in Wilmette with her husband, Robert, and her two children, Thatcher and Cooper. Every day she looks forward to helping your family receive the top-quality, compassionate dental care they deserve.

Had a tooth that fell out. Emailed the office after hours. Their office called me the next day and got me in that same day. Great and friendly staff, they always ask how you are doing when you come in for an appointment. Dr. Demars is very thorough and explains all that needs to be done. Would Recommend

Long Grove Dental is the best dentist I have ever been to. I'm not sure I've ever met anyone who enjoys going to the dentist. However, these guys at least make it as tolerable as it Can be. Always greeted with a friendly smile, hardly ever have to wait more than a moment to get in to see the doctor or technician to get me started. They have Netflix set up so I can enjoy myself while I'm waiting and being worked on. The prices are very reasonable. They always remind me about the appointment probably 10 times before I get there. Just to make sure I never forget, which is good for me. The Technicians are always gentle working on my teeth. I have never walked away in serious pain. If you have to go you might as well make it the best that it can be. Dr. DeMars is the best... They make it not so bad going to the dentist!
