I recommend this place 100%! The receptionist Angie was so nice and welcoming! All the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was in and out within 1.5 hours... amazing! I scheduled an emergency dental appointment and this place was able to see me the next day. The dentist Jake was so nice and took the time to explain any procedures to me and what was going on with my emergency. He was very reassuring even when I was scared to get my tooth extracted! Jake made sure to attend to my emergency and didn't push any other treatments - he stated he could wait another time for other treatments I may need and I will definitely be back for that! The office also called me a few hours after my procedure to check up on how I was feeling. And they made sure to schedule a follow up in a week to follow up in person. They really made me feel like they care about their patients!

I love Dr J and all of the assistants. They are very professional and have done superior work compared to my past experiences with dentist. Service from the staff is fast and I've had very little waiting time since coming here so I highly recommend this place.

I've been going to Long Beach Dentist for two years and love them! Augie, Jay, and Ashley at reception are always happy to help. Dr. Nguyen and Rosalyn, the hygienist are always amazing. Even the assistants, Debbie & Amy put a smile on my face (pun intended).

The receptionists are con siderate, polite, and attentive to the patients needs. Appointments are handled quite smoothly; receptionist check patients in and service is provided in a timely manner the doctors are informative and professional providing quality care

Hello All, Upon entering this dentist office, I welcomed with a warm greeting. The great customer service I received definitely made me feel that I would be in great hands. Unfortunately, my experience here as been a complete nightmare! I agreed to a plan which would service all my dental needs. This was a step in the right direction but also not cheap considering I was paying cash prices. After x-rays, I was told what needed to be done and how much it would cost. After traveling to the referred specialist, I was denied service without a clear explanation. The following day I had to call the dentist office just to communicate this inconvenience. I was ultimately seen by a different dentist. During my visit I was essentially told that my service plan needed to change in order to fix the problem area. FYI, the problem area is quite serious and I had already had a preliminary treatment to start the process. (From my cash down payment - Sunbit Finical) Instead of quickly diagnosing the problem and having someone agree to service prices; why not take the time to really understand what needs to happen and how things will proceed. Going from $1500 to $9000 is quite a big jump. Not to mention the time and travel cost wasted, but having this on my credit report and only receiving 15% of my deposit back. This not only makes you loose trust, but the problem still remains. My new dentist will need to get x-rays and hopefully a correct diagnosis in order to properly treat me. I hope my experience brings some enlightenment in the way things are handled. I wish the best for LB family dental, but what a complete letdown. Thank you!

Came to this dental office to get braces a little scared like alot of people I don't like the dentist but little did I know it was going to be the fastest experience. The people in the office very kind and helpful. The one that helped me was Hector and Dr. Mc.clenton both super professional .

Great Professional Friendly Front Desk Team! But services are not what I expected.We are now going to another orthodontist. The main doctor is good but there is always a long wait. I thought I was getting a deal but it's actually has cost me more.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years . I was in so much pain last night I had to come in this morning and just found them on googled and seen they had good reviews. I called them at 8am when they opened and told them the pain I was in the got me in for a 9am appointment. I didn't have insurance . They told me I had to get my 2 back teeth pulled and explain pricing to me and gave me a fair payment plan. The dentist Jake was amazing and so was his assistant Amy. I'm no longer as scared of the dentist as I used to be. They really keep pain to the minimum and explained everything as we went! Jake your the best !!

Long Beach Family Dentist is a great dental office. I feel confident and safe seeing Dr. Sami for my dental care. He really takes his time to make sure all my teeth are healthy or receive the care my teeth need. Dr. Sami used a camera to check each tooth individually. He was able to diagnose work needed that another dentist didn't find. Everyone is also super friendly and professional; they always make me feel so welcome and remember me. Augie, Debbie and Amy and Dr. Sami are the best!

The dentist staff here always seems very happy and they are all super friendly so that's always a good sign!! I'm not sure if their prices are crazy or if my insurance just BLOWS but I've always had to pay slightly extra and my teeth honestly aren't even that bad Also just expect to be there for a while, not necessarily because they are slow or anything but they typically just like to do any extra procedure on you right away, which is actually sorta nice! Plus Dr. Morris =

Made a first-time appointment here after not seeing a dentist for many years. I was anxious about committing to a completely unfamiliar place for so much work needing to be done, but it ended up being a great choice! The receptionists were very professional and easy to work with, both on the phone and at the desk. Everyone I encountered there during my multiple visits was super friendly - x-ray tech, hygenicist, dental assistants, and of course the dentists themselves. The banter between Dr. Morris and some others while he worked made being in the chair a lot more pleasant. The work I needed done was explained to me clearly, and the staff gave me plenty of opportunities to ask about each and every procedure, post-op care, the timing/urgency of the work, billing & insurance, etc. I almost felt bad asking so many questions about everything but they were very patient and answered all of them. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way, highly recommended!

I'm terrified of the dentist, but Dr.Sani and his team made the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. Literally everyone here is so nice and funny! Would recommend to people who want professionalism and kindness during what can sometimes be stressful dental work.

I had an appointment months ago and was left in the lobby for three hours .... each time I asked for an update they said they will be with you shortly or in a few minutes. I had to reschedule but decided to cancel due to the bad service. I called weeks later to check on my refund as they required me to send a deposit of $50 to even book my appointment. They promised me a refund and two weeks later still nothing. I called this morning, and I was told I was not receiving a refund and they gave me a difficult time just to refund my $50. They decided not to refund me even when two staff members promised to refund me previously. Instead of staying true to their word they called me to say I was not receiving what I was promised. I lost $50 for terrible service and services i never received. I should have stayed away when my family told me they used to go here and switched due to inconsistency and lack of good customer service. Do not go here, they are not here to help you just to cut a check however possible.

Dr Zinman, Debie, and Lucy were 100% amazing. They did a great job. I have a fear of the dentist and they made me feel so relax and comfortable. Everyone is so sweet and kind u gotta love them. Definitely coming back here.
