My Daughter had her 1st appointment at this office last week . The ladies in the front were super helpfull and kind . My daughter felt worried and little scared . Tony was amazing he was very playful and silly with her during the procedure wich helped her calm down. He also thoroughly explained everything to me . Overall a very experience .

I went there with a tooth infection and was so sick from it. I was in pain and vomiting. All they did was take x-rays and send me on my way. They claimed they couldn't treat me or subscribe antibiotics because I had heart valve replacement surgery back in March. They said they needed documented clearance from my regular doctor. It was a Friday evening and everything was closed. Mind you, it was the only appointment time they had available for emergencies. I left in pain and called my doctor. He immediately got angry and explained that there was no reason why the dentist couldn't subscribe antibiotics and how I didn't need a medical clearance to take them. He also said that if I had an infection, it was truly unprofessional for him to let me leave the office in the condition that I was in without any kind of treatment. Avoid this place like the plague! I will never go back there again!

This is my regular dentist and I have only had great experiences. Everyone is really friendly, competent and good vibes! Myra and Tony are usually the assistants that helped and they are helpful, knowledgeable and hilariously funny :) the doctors are great and professional. This facility also accepts medi-cal. Thank you to all the team!

the manager of this place latina lady is the worst ever, she is rude, she lies and treats the patients poorly. She charges for more money and charges your credit cards . She has evil spirit and doesnt like to do good deeds for others. Because of her my family friends and I wont be coming to this place. All these reviews are lies only the doctors are ok but the staff is horrible. STAY AWAY

the staff manager is very evil, she charges you for more money and lies about it, refuses to help patients and lies. No one likes her, she is uneducated and doesn't deserve to be working there making the reputation of the place bad. The staff manager is the worst because of her my friends and family and I will stop going there. she doesnt care for the well being of the patients and has an evil spirit STAY AWAY all these positive reviews are fake she makes her friends and family right them. Only some of the doctors are ok but the stafff is horrible and she is racist will be dealing with law suit soon.

It was my first time coming into this location. The staff were helpful through the process and friendly. The only issue as to why I am not giving 5 stars was because I was waiting for a long time. Nonetheless, I will come back here.

I was going to leave a review at the end of my treatment but I think I've been here long enough to say the staff here is amazing. I decided to come here because I was looking for braces and after doing research I found that Long Beach dental and ortho had an affordable price compared to the other dental companies I've called. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews so I decided to go in for the free consultation to get a feel for the staff and things went great ever since November 2nd 2021. I've never had a horrible moment with this company. Treatments, check ups, appointments always went well and any time I've had a question or I had to reschedule they were always available and accommodating. To add on, my braces have held up well and my teeth are looking better than ever and I'm not even close to being done with treatment! I only had my bracket fall off once and this was the next day of having my braces (mistakes happen!!!) but they fixed that for free and didn't deduct it from my 3 free bracket replacements. Ever since then i haven't had any other issues (mind you I'm not always following the food rules) sorry Dr. Park!! lol. To sum up I'm happy that I've decided to ditch my old dentistry and I decided to come here. Gloria, Maria, dr. park, tony, and all the other staff that I haven't gotten to meet yet, are all amazing. And I know I'm in good hands.

I went there with a net spend card to pay for treatment they said it didn't go through....1 hour later...7300$ was gone from my account. I went and they called the bank and they did go through....they didn't let me know ... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.....stay away from this ine

I'm gonna be honest dentist make me nervous but everyone here made me feel very comfortable almost like family they gave me all my options explained things so I can understand and were very professional I cant imagine going anywhere else ever thank you Rosa Micky Tony and Dr Barooty for making my experience the best that it can be cheers to all of you

Had a very good experience at this dental office, All dentists are very kind and explained everything in detail about my treatment. They were very gentle with their work ,and staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

They built trust, communication, and a lexicon both the customer and doctor can use. Best dentist hands down from the front door to the operation chair. Their patience made the biggest difference.

I bring my daughter here for ortho and so far we are very pleased. Very reasonable prices and wonderful staff. Thanks to Cleo, Rosa and Brandon fantanstic team work. I recently started a treatment myself and I'm very satisfied, Ashley is been great she is the best.

Called to speak with the Orthodontist today 1-18-22 regarding my elastics and whether I have them on the correct teeth. I was told that I would need to make a 70 mile trip from my home for them to help me. I specifically told the person who answered the phone that all I would need is instruction on the tooth placement, her response was we can't help you with that over the phone . I then advised her "until I can get the proper instruction from the doctor, I will not be wearing the elastics," she said, ok no problem . Im in disbelief and shock. You would think with the rise in covid cases they would be happy to assist me over the phone. I guess I will not wear my elastics until 02/14/22, my next appointment date. This is horrible!
