Dr. Sutak received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Arizona. Dr. Sutak started his career in East Texas, but the call to serve West Texas grew and Dr. Sutak began working in Lubbock in 2020. Not long after moving to Lubbock, Dr. Sutak knew this would be his forever home.
Dr. Sutak specializes in full mouth smile makeovers, implants, sedation, and extractions but loves all aspects of general practice. When he is not wearing his Dentist hat, Dr. Sutak enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife and their three children. Dr. Sutak was born in Southern Colorado and is drawn to nature. He lives an active lifestyle and enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, mountain biking and golfing. When relaxing, he enjoys smoking and barbecuing meats and loves sharing his food with everyone!

Ashley is wife to the wonderful Dr. Sutak and mother to three amazing children and two fur babies. She knows firsthand what a difference having a positive dental experience can make. In high school, she had a bad experience at a dental office and then avoided the dentist for 5 years!
Thankfully, with the gentleness, kindness, and patience of Dr. Sutak, she has not only overcome her fear, she loves getting her teeth cleaned and Dr Sutak has transformed her smile into one she loves. Together, Dr. Sutak and Ashley became passionate about changing what going to the dentist looks like. They had a dream of creating a spa-like, caring, relaxing, personalized experience. Lone Star Smiles was created!
I decided to become a Dental Assistant because I love being able to make patients feel confident in their smiles . Along with also being able to help them feel more comfortable in the dental office. I just finished up schooling and am so excited to be able to work in such a beautiful office, with amazing patients, an awesome team, and alongside an amazing and kind dentist.
