My dad and sister convinced me to seek care at this wonderfully friendly dental office. The staff is so warm and welcoming from the second you walk in. I appreciated the time they took to explain everything and make sure I was doing alright every step of the way. I am glad I finally listened and have found a new dentist.

We came to Lonestar Family Dental after a bad experience with another dentist very close by. Dr. McElvain and his staff put us right at ease and haven't stopped since. Took my 18 yr old daughter this morning to get some cavities filled, she still wants mom close by, no problem here! They even gave her a blanket and squishy to help her chill out and get the work done. We LOVE Lonestar Family Dental! WHOOP!

Amazing, most dental visits are miserable to 'not bad.' This was the first time a dentist visit was good...pleasant. Great staff...from receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to the dentist. Who would have thought a person could have a nice time at the dentist? Lonestar Family Dental-thank you!

I had a wonderful experience here! I felt very welcome and had great feedback from the doctor. Grechen, my hygienist, is the sweetest and did an excellent job with my cleaning. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

I would like to say thank you, for getting me into the office very quickly. The pain that I was in was over a 10. The dentist told me what it was, and was able to start the work the next day. He was very gentle and so was his assistant. I recommend Lone Star Dental. I have been to a lot of dentist but never had one this caring.

I had a terrible experience at the DDS office I had been going to for the past 4 yrs. Contacted a friend who suggested I see Dr. McElvain and his team. They were nothing but kind, compassionate and professional. Dr. McElvain didn't rush in and leave as the other DDS did, instead he really took time to review my history, examine my mouth and then give me his opinion. This is the best first visit I've ever had and I'd give him and the staff 10 stars if possible.

Called at 0800 with a crown that fell off; was sitting in the dental chair by 0900. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Dr. M was very down to earth and professional. I look forward to having him as my dentist!!

Fantastic Dentist. Dr. McElvain takes the time to walk you through any issues and does not try to push any unnecessary procedures. Friendly staff and an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Great and friendly staff. Dr Mcelvain takes good care of my family and takes the time to explain everything. Front desk is super helpful and always willing to answer my dumb questions. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
