Lone Star Dental Care provides personalized, compassionate treatment to patients of all ages living in and around Frisco, Texas. I left a good review in the beginning not knowing the horror that was to come. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional to start, esp the dental coordinator. The dentist Dr Vahadi left an instrument lodged in my canal and neglected to inform me of this, left me misdiagnosed for six months and neglected my needs with an incomplete root canal . RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

I work in the Dental Industry and I know what great dentistry looks like. Dr. Vahadi is my dentist. He has a conservative approach with a bias towards recommending necessary vs elective treatments. We trust him fully with our dental care.

I have been seeing Dr. Vahadi for about 8 years and HIGHLY recommend him! What is really great is that I no longer dread going to the dentist. He is a very compassionate and skilled dentist who works to improve the lives of his patients. Over the years, he has done a bunch of cleanings and also some more extensive work for me. He is always so kind and very professional. He never tries to "upsale" me and works to find solutions that are just right for me. His office gives me a print out and reviews it with me of all the charges before any work is done. And his staff is awesome too!

A money making scheme! This, without a doubt, is the most unprofessional service that I've ever encountered. A money trap. They take X-Rays, let the DR(s) review them, then you will be presented a list of work that needs to be done. If you disagree then you're treated as a hostile patient. Just two examples. My wife went in to have a crown problem corrected. After X-Ray she was presented an unbelievable charge to correct the problem which came to out of pocket payment of $900., after the Delta Insurance payment amount. She then said "just pull it," at which time they refused to pull the tooth. Second visit, two days later, we both went in for "cleaning." They took X-Rays, the second for my wife, and left us sitting in the dental chair for over an hour before we left without the cleaning. Was told that they had to wait for the Dr. to review the X-Rays to see what other work might be needed. Should have know there was a problem with all the "We'll help you with financing advertisement through out the clinic. The receptionists are the most pleasant and amiable people you could meet, on the other hand the female Dr. Ada, was the ruddiest Dr. we've ever met. When she came into the room to access my wife's crown problem she never introduced herself, never said a word except "open your mouth," and never once smiled. Unless you have deep pockets, do not recommend these doctors.

Dr. Vahadi has been wonderful since the first day I started with him. He has quick service and has never been late. He always greets his patients with a handshake and a warm smile and truly cares for his patients. He is interactive and thoughtful, always looking out for the comfort of his patients. I can definitely tell that he is an expert in his field and that he has an overabundance of experience. His friendly personality and generosity has always made me feel welcomed. He has the best service in Frisco and I would highly recommend him!

I am so pleased that I found Dr. Vahadi and his fabulous team of professionals at Lone Star Dental Care! I was searching for a dentist qualified to perform the PST procedure in the DFW area. I did not want to undergo the more invasive and painful gum grafting procedures available. Dr. Vahadi and his staff took excellent care of me--from the consultation appointment all the way through the recovery and follow-up appointments. The result of the PST procedure is amazing and was evident immediately following the procedure. I was able to resume my normal schedule that same day and I only took a couple of ibuprofen for the minor discomfort. I believe that if you are searching for a less invasive and less painful procedure to correct gum recession, you owe it to yourself to visit with Dr. Vahadi. He and his staff are personable, professional, and put the patient's care first! Dr. Vahadi's commitment to my comfort was evident throughout the procedure---he explained each step of the process and continuously monitored how I was doing throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Vahadi and his team at Lone Star Dental Care!

I went to this clinic to check how much is the deep cleaning and they offered me to sign-up instead in their in-house dental insurance to lower the cost of the deep cleaning. I asked them if i m gonna get that in-house dental insurance, how much more will i pay for the deep cleaning and they told me $100+ so i agreed to sign-up. But when i got scheduled to have a deep cleaning, they charged me $1200 and 25% off only to be charged to insurance. Even though 25% to insurance, paying $900+ more for the deep cleaning is too much which they did not disclose to me before i get their dental insurance. The staff of this clinic refused to fully disclose the cost of treatment i would interested in when i insisted to get the quote for deep cleaning, i was told it is $100 plus. I was strongly pushed to signup for the non-refundable in-house insurance. Upon signing and paying for that insurance, they have disclose the cost of deep cleaning of $1200????? This clinic will not tell you everything first....
