Most consumer email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) are not secure enough to send and receive sensitive health information over the internet. The Lone Star Circle of Care Patient Portal allows patients to exchange secure, encrypted email messages with their care team, including their provider. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Finally, fill out the form including the location of your clinic and your provider. Then, in the largest field, type in your question or concern and press Submit. Your provider or another member of your care team (e.g., nurse, medical assistant) will respond to you within two business days.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the Patient Portal if you have a medical emergency. Call 911 immediately. Do not send urgent messages that require an answer sooner than two business days. The Patient Portal should not be used to request prescription refills. Click Prescription Refills for information on how to make a refill request.
If you prefer to reach us by phone, just give us a call. Our service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. For after hours calls, our nurse advice line is available at the same number.

First let me say my 1 star rating is about the policy more than any dentist there. We actually like our dentist. I made an appointment for my daughter on a Thursday ... by Monday they had called to reschedule 2 times! I finally was able to get my daughter in the following Tuesday at 3:20. Or so I thought. They called my daughter (only 8) up to the counter. I "followed" and the dental assistant asked me some questions. Or more like talked at me and looked at me incredulously when I told her that I didn't want my daughter to get the molar sealants. Then told me that they were going to do xrays so my daughter needed to follow her back and that I could wait in the waiting room for her. (WHAT???) I told HER that if she was asking my permission to do the xrays then I am fine with that....but that I will need to come back with my daughter. (There is NO WAY IN H*LL that I am going to allow my daughter to be taken back behind closed doors without me in this day and age!) The assistant told me that I would not be able to come back - it's policy that the kids come in alone for xrays. I told her that either I come in with her ... or I walk out with her. So we left. This policy is RIDICULOUS and there is absolutely NO reason for it. I will not be taking my daughter back there again. We will find a kid (and parent) friendly place where nothing is done behind closed doors.

I wish they were more flexible and quick to respond a year ago the doctor put an IUD and now I regret it I've experienced irregular heavy periods they last for 20days with cramping. I called on Feb 5 and they couldn't see me right away they gave me an appointment not to the 24th of Feb . I called Arc and they are able to take out sooner sorry but I wouldn't recommend Lone Star Circle of care to any of my friends or family members

My daughter went in today she is on their financial hardship plan still paid their min payment. She has had severe pain for almost a week and knows she has a few cavities yet received no care only a referral to another dentist she was told that would make payment arrangements. After calling that dentist it will cost her 1,248.00 up front to fix her tooth. Her day and my money absolute loss. Robbery if you ask me. I am absolutely beyond upset. They need to make this right.

My son was horribly sick for 3 days and the doctor gave me a appointment I was just five minutes late when they said the doctor was gone. I had to take him to the emergency room because his head hurt, he was nauseas, he's stomach hurt, they said they would make a Appointment tomorrow not now he is still sick the er is better than Lonestar clinic

Had an appt scheduled for 8am, it's been 1hr so far and we still haven't seen the doctor. A lady came in a few seconds ago to let us know the doctor isn't giving us 1st priority for my daughter's sports physical even though we had a scheduled appt an hour ago. I get there's other patients but what's the point of making an appt if you're not a priority at this rate it would've been faster if I was just a walk in!!

Called to make an appointment for vaccinations and was told I could make an appointment but could not be assured my child would get the vaccines needed???? Kind of pointless to make an appointment! Reception very rude and no knowledge. Very sad!!!!
