Most consumer email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) are not secure enough to send and receive sensitive health information over the internet. The Lone Star Circle of Care Patient Portal allows patients to exchange secure, encrypted email messages with their care team, including their provider. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Finally, fill out the form including the location of your clinic and your provider. Then, in the largest field, type in your question or concern and press Submit. Your provider or another member of your care team (e.g., nurse, medical assistant) will respond to you within two business days.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the Patient Portal if you have a medical emergency. Call 911 immediately. Do not send urgent messages that require an answer sooner than two business days. The Patient Portal should not be used to request prescription refills. Click Prescription Refills for information on how to make a refill request.
If you prefer to reach us by phone, just give us a call. Our service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. For after hours calls, our nurse advice line is available at the same number.

I went back in July for an emergency extraction. I am terrified of the dentist. I have used this location before for another emergency extraction. I requested nitrous and the gave it to me Dr Diwan is great. Im actually going back today. It is hard to get an appointment but i do trust the dr . I highly recommend them

This place saved me tons of money and time. I am grateful. I had a issue with my extreme gagging for a wisdom tooth extraction at other dentists but Dr. Diwan DDS and his assistant were absolutely fantastic and very caring. They potentially saved me thousands of dollars I do not have. All I felt was care at this place. Very well done!

Adam Garaas, D.M.D. is extremely professional and good at his work. He treated me for my teeth for almost 7 months and at every visit I found him to be extremely professional, polite, patient and focused. I am so thankful to him and assistant Mali (she is so helpful and sympathizes, listens) for all the work they did on my teeth. I am always going to them for any of my or families dental needs.

I keep forgetting to leave this review. The wonderful woman at the front desk named Dora, was really helpful for me. I was short on funds for my appointment (was still able to be seen for my appointment). I did not have enough money due to a auto- draft I didn't know about until upon my arrival. I told her I didn't have enough gas money to make it back home. She marvelously & generously offered to help me with enough gas to make it back home. Every time I come for an appointment she greets everyone with a smile and kindness. She deserves person of the year. If not that get this woman a raise please! Thank you sooo... much Dora. Pedro G.

I am nearly 30 and have had dental work done regularly my whole life. Dr Vance in Georgetown and her associates are by far the best dental team ever! I was very scared and nervous, it was my first time having a tooth pulled and I was embarassed about the tooth, and the fact that I was on a low income medical plan, making my extraction free. They made feel very comfortable and they were so kind to me. My appointment was at 1 and i was done and headed by 2. I felt no pain at all and I'm very thankful for lone star cirlce of health.

Dr Glanz is amazing!!! She makes me feel really comfortable during my vists. She is very respectful and so nice. I hate going to dentists but I always have a pleasant experience here. Just had an extraction and it was so easy and relaxing. She and her staff have a very professional and personal bedside manner. Awesome job guys!!!

Dr.Glanz is the BEST! I have never had a better experience with a dentist. Her motto is no pain, and that's what she delivered. She is skillful and compassionate. Her office staff is friendly and kind. I was nervous and they made me comfortable. I'm so glad I went here.
