This was my first visit to actually get my teeth worked on. I have had a teeth cleaning a few months back. I had extensive work done today. They made sure I was comfortable not to hot & not to cold. It took all afternoon to get my work done. They made sure to ask me if I needed a bathroom break & too let me stretch a little from sitting so long. My mouth is sometimes difficult to get numb. Dr. Tracy took his time giving me injections and made sure they had plenty of time to start working before he started. He doesn't want you to have any more pain then you absolutely have to. I can't say enough about how kind he is. He pays attention to you when he's working on your mouth not everything else going on. He concentrates on what he's doing for you. It's a very relaxed office which helps a lot when the last place you want to be is in a dental chair. I can't say enough about the people who work there. Stacy & Celeste up front are down to earth, bend over backwards people who want to make sure you have a good visit. Taylor is wonderful. She's making sure she's taking care of everything so you don't have to worry about it. Which is great!! It takes stress off of the patients. Amber cleaned my teeth. The best cleaning I've ever had. She took time to explain where I should be brushing. That I should be using extra fluoride & how to use it. She also tells you what you can do or products you can use that will improve your teeth. Karla (I think is her name) works mainly with the lab, dentures, partial plates, temp teeth and so on. She is always busy, but you can hear her laughter throughout the building. She too is very good at her job & wants to make sure everything that needs taking care of is done & done correctly. You don't have to wait very long maybe 5-10 minutes to go back for your appointment which is really nice. No one wants to show up on time & then sit in the waiting room for an hour waiting to get called back. I'm so so glad I started going to this dentist office. I hate to go to the dentist so going to a nice place with wonderful people makes it a lot better.

OMG have to give 1000 . Amazing staff they are so helpful and took very good care of me in a quick turnaround.. I was in so much pain. And the were very assertive with my needs and made me feel so comfortable. I left with no more pain i have no insurance and was worried about the price. I was in shock at final check out very reasonably priced.

My wife called the office in tears because she has been in so much pain over the weekend and they wouldn't even see her.... They told her they have a whole weeks worth of emergency's. What kind of dentist is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
