I am new to the Virginia Beach area and had to schedule a new patient appointment. London Bridge Smiles was fantastic from start to finish! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The new patient process was easy online and I just had to walk-in for my appointment. The dental assistant and hygienist were both so friendly and great at their jobs. Never have I had such an easy dental cleaning! The doctor was very informative and provided me a great understanding of what needed to be done. The entire process was so efficient, I was impressed. I highly recommend this practice for anyone's dental needs!

My dental anxiety is pretty bad. I had a few bad experiences as a kid that just stuck--- I was recommended this practice after much research and a few referrals. What a lovely practice. Dr.Allan is wonderful. I have not had an unpleasant or unfriendly hygienist either. Every experience has been exceptionally pleasant. Just got a cavity filled for the first time today is ages and it was the best cavity filling experience of my life. They are truly a wonderful practice.

I have struggled for years with bad decay and cavities in my mouth. Coupled with pretty intense dental anxiety I was left a complete train wreck. The last two appointments with Dr Tiffany have left me crying the whole way back to NC...tears of joy and relief. She has taken my black rotten teeth and worked endlessly to make them beautiful. Her skills are obviously far superior to most dentists and she handles her job like a BOSS! With her assistant Kim they are capable of anything! I have never felt more confident in a dental chair....and boy have I seen a lot! Dr Tiffany takes extra time and steps every single visit with me to make sure I am comfortable and pain free. She works to fix my teeth quickly and efficiently and has my best interests in mind without a doubt. I have never had more respect for a dentist than I do for Dr Tiffany and I would highly recommend her and her team. And a BIG shout out to Kim for being the best dental assistant ever....I sit with her and feel like I'm with a friend

Dr. Kessler and his staff, were beyond helpful and welcoming and true professionals, as I recently moved from out of state and was nervous about finding a new dentist. My insurance was accepted, the initial x-rays, cleaning and recommendations on what I needed to do to stay on top of a bridge I have were amazing. I felt totally taken care of and I would recommend London Bridge Dental to anyone looking for the best of the best!

Yesterday was my first time at London Bridge Smiles for a teeth cleaning/checkup. I had April taking care of me, she was very thorough, professional, and detailed. April & Dr. Alan helped explain best practices and ways to keep good oral health until my next appointment. All around great experience.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I had a request for one specific thing that I needed done and they would not do it. They tried to get me to do root canal and other things that I was not there for. I feel like I totally wasted my time. When you go somewhere for a service and that's what you expect when you get there and don't get it it is not a good feeling.

I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. At London Bridge Smiles the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. From the moment I walked into the office the staff was accommodating and personable. Dr. Tiffany did a phenomenal job on my procedure. She talked me through the entire procedure, and quickly put my nerves to ease. I would have no hesitation recommending London Bridge Smiles for anyone looking for exceptional quality.

they offer services that are not covered by my insurance. they don't bother to check with your insurance before rendering service. I've had to pay quite a bit out of pocket lately because of their inability to work with insurance companies. they are friendly enough but I honestly cannot recommend them because of how expensive they've gotten

At this practice I met some of the nicest and most welcoming people I got my braces put on here and I thought the experience would be bad but it wasn't bad at all my doctor was incredible and so was the assistant my teeth look so good now highly recommend it

Don't be scared by the Dentist. This facility is top notch. I felt like I was going to a Caribbean resort. The reception staff are on point with total professionalism. Chilled water bottles and coffee are complimentary. The waiting area is luxuriously comfortable. Also, you don't really wait....if you show up for an appointment, the staff are ready to go. No waiting on hour or any nonsense. I showed up early and I still didn't wait. The receptionists at the front are polite and masterful in their scheduling abilities. Customer service is everything here. They never have a bad day here or if they do you aren't going to know about it. When it comes to the dental treatment, again you will bathe in luxury. The machines play music for you. Nothing is ever uncomfortable. Need some lidocaine.....not a problem. They don't mess around with goopy washes and rinses. They use lasers....that's right lasers. The hygienist professionals treat you like royalty.....you will enjoy going to the dentist whether you want to or not. I haven't gone for two years and now people are actually happy when I smile thanks to Mikele, she's not just a dental hygienist.....she's a coach, therapist, and all around awesome person.
