My daughter needed to have a baby tooth removed after a playground accident. I called Lomira Family Dental and they got us in the same day. Everyone was really nice and my daughter was in and out in no time. She was so happy. Great place! Thanks guys.

If zero stars were an option, that is what I would be leaving. The dentists and dental hygenists are fantastic, but the woman working the front desk is absolutely terrible. I had an outstanding bill for services. The first notice I received indicated 90 days past due and to pay or it would be sent to collections. I was taken aback, as I had even been in for a procedure and was not notified. I stopped in today to pay the debt and inquire why this was the first notification. I was informed an invoice was sent in May (okay, mail stuff happens, things get missed in the mail). But when asked about why I wasn't informed of the balance on my last visit and the threatening of collections, I was told she puts that on all invoices because it makes people pay and repeatedly told, "Well, that's just how I do things." I cancelled the remaining appointments on the books for my family. There was no attempting to work with me, no apology, frankly, no concern at all. It's too bad, because the dentists and the rest of the staff are lovely and it's nice to support a local business, but if that is the attitude I have to deal with when working them, I'll take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I've been taking my mother in law here for her appointments and I must say, the staff is incredible. We used to see Dr. Ferris and we were worried with the new doctor, but he is just as great. She had to get a filling done a couple weeks ago, Dr. Dave and Amy were very professional. He explained everything he was doing as he did it. The hygienist was super friendly during my her cleaning. Calling and booking appointments for her is super easy, the front receptionist is very kind and is always willing to work with you. Never makes you feel like a burden when you ask a lot of questions (my in law seems to never run out of those). Overall very pleased with this practice. I live down in Milwaukee, but if I lived closer I would definitely come here. Great job. My mother in law always leaves happy!

Best dentist in the area by far. I went to a different dentist in another town and they said most of my teeth had to be removed due to being too severely decayed. Dr Ferris has fixed all of mine successfully with no negative results. They have caring staff and are truly concerned about your health and do their best to save any teeth that possibly can be.

Dr. Jacob Ferris, D.D.S. and Office Manager, Taylor, have made a great impression with their knowledge, courtesy, friendliness, and consideration. We feel very comfortable in this dental office and my husband and I will continue to rely on Lomira Family Dental for all our future dental needs.

Love Lomira Family Dental. Makes you feel so comfortable and a no pressure/judgement while you are there! Taken 2 kids there as well (elementary and middle school age) and they also loved it! Our family can't recommend them enough! Definitely a 5 STAR!

We love Lomira Family Dental! Dr Ferris and Taylor are professional and very friendly. They are great with my kids, have convenient hours for those who need to come after work and the office is always clean!! We can not say enough good things about Lomira Family Dental and feel extremely lucky to have them in our small town!

I highly recommend Lomira Family Dental! I have referred Family, friends and co workers and all are totally impressed and satified with Dr Jacob Ferris and his Staff. From Taylor at the front desk, his dental hygenists and Dr Ferris himself they take the time and effort to make sure you are well informed and comfortable. Lomira Family Dental is a wonderful addition to our community!

I was so pleased with the serenity and laid back atmosphere of Lomira Family Dental. Never have I ever now looked forward to my dental vists as I do now. From Taylor at reception to Libby who shared so much knowledge on the newest of dental hygene and the choice I had in how she cleaned my teeth! The Captron is the BOMB!! No gritty, paste left over, you know that nasty way your mouth feels as you try to swallow the last of it on your way home? I highly recommend Dr. Faris! I left feeling like I had just visited with caring and compassionate family. It was truly a 'friend' type experie

I had a wonderful experience at my cleaning. The staff was very kind and understanding to my needs and helped me understand what they were doing before doing it. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a new dental office.
