This dentist office is the very best in the high desert! I switched to an HMO advantage plan and wow was that a mistake! Switching back right away, Dr. Lombardo fixed what the "free" dentist did! GO TO THE BEST!

I had a 10:30 appt and was called to see about doing a 10am. I got to my appointment and waited for about 46 mins to get to a chair. Once in the chair, they were going to do a new patient exam which was X-rays, checking pockets, receding, movement of teeth and cavities. It was already at about 12:19pm when they were done and I was on time crunch to leave for work. I was told to go to the front and wasn't made aware that my teeth were not going to be cleaned that day and scheduling is 2 months out. Also, seemed like everyone was headed to lunch at that time and the staff was trying to learn a new computer system which also took time away. I also needed to schedule for fillings and extraction of my wisdom tooth which is said to be impacted. I've honestly never been to a dental office where you're a new patient and they do the exam and no work is done, especially a cleaning. I'm now having to wait a year almost to get a cleaning . I'm not sure at this point if I should look else where, but since I saw the dentist for the exam and no cleaning, not sure if my insurance will cover if I went elsewhere. Update: Went to my regular dentist back home and according to him, my wisdom teeth were not impacted and no evidence of cavities.

I have been nothing but pleased with Lombardo and Cho Dentistry since I have switched over to their practice. Yesterday, I had a tooth issue, it hurt. I have been lucky and never have experienced anything quite like that before. After examining it and finding no irregularities or infection, Dr. Cho sent me home with the promise that if it remains sore after a couple of days, I am to call him. (I am a tooth grinder, but wear a night guard, this has been the cause of much breakage, I believe.) I have found all the staff smart, skilled, and helpful. The practice seems to have everything that they need in terms of technical equipment and it is used efficiently. The entire staff wears masks and they are diligent in their cleaning practices. They can make custom fit crowns in the office while you wait. Previously, Dr. Cho rebuilt and put a new crown on a back molar (it had lost its crown) and I have never had a crown fit so well. I am unable to give them a higher rating, but if I could make it higher, I would.

Technology is awesome and the staff is knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them in general but especially if you need inlays / partial crowns.

Great people and service. They are very conscious about safety for their patients. Very clean and air purifiers all around. They desire to make their patients comfortable. Highly recommend this office.
