Dr. Drew Lombardiis aDiplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received both his dental degree and specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. As anassistant clinical professor, he taught orthodontics to both dental and post-doctoral students at the F.D.U. School of Dentistry. He lectured to pediatric residents at the Jersey City Medical Center on craniofacial anomalies in children and early treatment modalities.
In July 2002,NJ Monthly Magazinenamed Dr. Lombardi thebest orthodontistin all of BergenandHudson Counties.He was additionally named to NJ Monthly's July 2002 list often best orthodontists in the entire state of NJ as chosen by a poll of New Jersey's 4,500 dentists!
Drew is an Eagle Scout who has contributed to the community as a little league coach, cub scout leader, and boy scout merit badge counselor. As a lifelong nature enthusiast, he enjoys varied outdoor activities with his family such as sailing, snorkeling, skiing and horseback riding. He has contributed to the dental health of our community by providing free dental exams to grade school children in local towns. He also donates his services to needy children by participating in the Donated Orthodontic Services Program (DOS).
As a forensic dentist/orthodontist, Drew volunteered at the NYC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to identify the victims of the 9/11 attack at the World Trade Center and the American Airlines flight 587 that crashed in Queens in November 2001. He currently serves on the NJ Dental Victim Identification Team, which is called upon to respond in large disasters throughout our state.
Dr. Angelo Lombardi, who retired in 2008, was the founding orthodontist of this practice. Trained at Columbia University, he was very active in teaching and organized dentistry. Dr A. Lombardi was one of the three founders of the orthodontics program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers Dental School) where he taught orthodontics for over 30 years, founded their cleft lip/palate program, and later served as chairman of the orthodontics department. He served as president of the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Susan Rideris amagna cum laude,Phi Beta Kappagraduate of New York University. Her outstanding academic performance was again recognized at The University of Michigan School of Dentistry where she was elected to theelite dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. After dental school she completed a general practice residency at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Her orthodontic specialty training was completed at St. Louis University where she received amaster of science in dentistry. Dr. Rider enjoys teaching orthodontic residents and dental students at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine where she is anassistant clinical professor of orthodontics. She has been published in theJournal of Rheumatologyfor herresearch on TMJ.Dr.Rider is aDiplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Rider has been listed in New Jersey Monthly Magazine's 2005 Best Dentists issue as one of the top orthodontists in New Jersey.
Her professional memberships include the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and their New Jersey chapters. She donates her services to needy children by participating in the Donated Orthodontic Services Program (DOS).
