I just had an old crown, root canal, tooth removed today. The staff was incredible and compassionate from the reception area to the back surgical room. I was extremely anxious and they were so helpful in helping relieve it. Dr. Brady was super informative, professional, and compassionate as well. I highly recommend this practice for oral surgery. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and confident I was in good hands.

I love how close it is, but if you don't have dental insurance, they are unbelievably expensive...

Yesterday I had two bottom wisdom teeth removed along with a molar on top and the oral surgeon Dr. Brady was an amazing man. He went over everything with me including my questions and concerns regarding the anesthesia due to my anxiety. The girls were amazing too they were all smiles and joking. I am pretty sure I said I owe them donuts before I passed out but can't really recall. A month prior I had to have a temporary filling inserted in my top molar and then a week ago it fell out and had to be inserted again. After calling both times they got me in the same day and were pleasant about it. I see some people are having problems with attitudes there and their job is not only demanding but people have bad days. Not everyone can control their emotions at work. They do not owe you a smile or pleasantry when you walk in the doors. Yes, it is nice but not a requirement as long as they do their jobs.

They waited over a year to give me 2 week notice on a bill that my insurance didn't cover as much as they said it would. I called in to speak with someone and was told they would call me back. Haven't heard anything since.

Dr. L replaced my cracked crown. I went back a couple days later due to severe pain when trying to chew on that side. He ground it down a little, didn't help, said there was nothing wrong with his crown, my pain was from tooth in front of it. Decided to get a 2nd opinion - new Dr. examined the crown, it was loose and wiggly; he easily pulled it off. I had two small cavities under the crown, the build up was sloppy and entire process needed to be completely redone. I ended up paying out of pocket for a new crown procedure.

great doctors, great surgeon. front desk women, TRASH! they all have horrible attitudes, no customer service, and clearly do not care about their jobs. i cant even count on both hands how many times they've rolled their eyes at me, raised their voice at me, and just been extremely rude overall. if it werent for them i would love going here.

Doctor Lombardi is hands down the best dentist my family and i have ever been to. I've had dentist who made my daughter cry who were rude. We drive an hour and 15 minutes just to go to his office. My 8 year old didn't even feel the numbing injection. They're fantastic they have a wonderful caring team. From the hygienist to the orthopedic specialist. The receptionists. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Was told to have a nice life after canceling my appointment. THANKS Fatima! Also they pushed for an unnecessary procedure that would have cost 4x what was actually needed. If I could give a negative star review I would.

Very disappointed in this dentist & NEVER going back. I have been going to this dentist since I was in grade school and never had any issues until recently. I had a cavity that got infected so they said they needed to do a root canal. I got the root canal done by the dentist, Dr. Lombardi, because he said he does them all the time. I got the root canal done and at every visit/check up after, I kept telling them I was feeling pain and sensitivity really bad on the side I had the root canal done even with a temporary filling on it. After 6 weeks with no permanent crown, I told them I was in a lot of pain and did not want the permanent crown put on until they fixed the pain. They did a "CT" in their Joliet office and thought they saw a fracture of the tooth but wanted the oral surgeon to look at it who only works on Friday's. So I had to go another week in pain until the oral surgeon could look at my scan. Then on Friday, they tell me I need to come back in for another CT at the Morris office because the one from Joliet wasn't "clear" enough. I went in on that Friday and had that scan done at 1PM. I finally got a call at 7PM saying my tooth is fractured and needs to be pulled. This went from a simple root canal to needing oral surgery. I decided to get a second opinion from an endodontist. He said there is no fracture; the dentist who did the root canal missed a 4th root which is why I was in so much pain. Ever since my re-treat of the root canal through the endodontist, I have had zero pain or sensitivity. Also, I asked for the oral surgeon report in the mail & his report said "possible hairline fracture". POSSIBLE. So they wanted to pull my tooth out but they weren't 100% sure if it was fractured or not. My dental insurance only covers 1 root canal per tooth for your whole life. So I called Dr. Lombardi office and asked them to mark the root canal they did incomplete.. If they don't mark it incomplete, then insurance won't cover second root canal. It's been 1 week & I still haven't gotten a call back from them. They also need to reconsider oral surgeon if he can differentiate between a root and a fracture off a CT scan.

Just had all 4 of my wisdoms taken out yesterday and honestly I'm not really satisfied with the friendliness of the staff or surgeon. There were 4 woman in the room with me at first didn't really talk to me or make me feel real comfortable or ask if I had any questions or concerns. They just started hooking me up with everything soon as I sat down. When the Surgeon came in he said said a few things but that's it then started the IV. Nothing much was said after waking up just a few things about the surgery and gave a paper with instructions. I like going places where you get treated like a friend NOT just a patient and they do everything to make you feel like that. Only 1 woman dentist I like there shes nice and actually talk to me. Not sure if I want to keep this place as my primary or not. I liked it at first but after a few times I'm eh with it.

I called their emergency line on Sunday, they had me in the next morning to extract a tooth. It was an infected fractured molar and I already visited 2 other dentists who refused to remove it. Thank God they had an oral surgeon in the office that day and the tooth was removed with the least amount of pain. Very Professional, and highly skilled doctors. Can't thank them enough.

Very knowledgable. Diagnosed a fractured canine that another dentist couldn't figure out. So glad I got a second opinion.

Dr. Basay is awesome! She is the dentist I've been looking for my whole life. Her and her assistants are always kind, professional and most of all care about what they do. I've been a little bit afraid of the dentist since I was a kid, when I was 3 I bit my dentist. I came from a place that was inconsiderate of the patient. But Dr. Basay and her team have transformed my smile and given me more reasons to smile too (literally).it's all the little things that make a difference, she takes the time to explain things in detail and she communicates well when working on your teeth. She was even so proud of the work she had for me she wanted to take a before and after picture, and my teeth were in amazing shape when she was done. I'm recommending Dr. Basay to all my friends and family.
