I have been coming to Sanders Family Dental for over 12 years. I have always been fearful of the dentist since I was a child and I have had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Leslie! I started out with her father, Dr.Martin. My experience has been very comfortable for they offer sedation and Nitrous Oxide to help me feel at ease. I have had extractions, root canals, fillings and I am very pleased with Dr Leslie and her work. If you are fearful, the entire team helps put me at ease and feel relaxed. Definitely a great place to be for any dental procedures! The office is always clean, neat and up to date with all of the latest equipment.

Dr. Leslie Sanders graduated from the University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry. She completed extensive training in conscious IV sedation at UIC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. She has several years of experience and is excited to continue her passion of sedation dentistry at Sanders Family Dental. Dr. Leslie is also committed to continuing education and is proud to be a member of multiple organizations such as the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Leslie lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago and loves to explore the city with her fiance. In her spare time, she also enjoys working out, watching Texas football and spending time with her family.
Dr. David Sanders graduated from the University of Illinois Dental School. He has a passion for sedation dentistry and completed extended training in conscious IV sedation through the UIC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. He is extremely dedicated to giving each patient the best experience in his office with quality care and compassion. To do this, he stays up-to-date on the latest treatment and technology through the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois Dental Society, American Dental Association and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

It's hard to find a dentist that you like and can trust and it took me years to find Sanders Family Dental and I'll never switch. State of the art technology, clean, friendly and easy to schedule with. They are out of network for me but well worth the price difference.

I needed an implant. Dr. David is so patient with my aversion to and nervousness about dental work. When I am nervous I make jokes and the entire dental team tolerated my jokes with good humor. Dr. David and his team took great care of me at each visit, they did great work, and I am now enjoying having the gap filled with a new tooth.

I have completed 7 months of extensive dental work with Dr. Leslie Sanders. This included extracting 8 teeth and capping 4 top teeth and 4 bottom teeth. Throughout the entire time, I was treated with compassion, care and patience. After each procedure, Dr. Leslie called to see how I was doing and answer any questions or concern I might have had. The final appointment with sedation lasted 6 hours. When I left I had a new smile and NO PAIN. I can recommend Sanders Family Dental WITHOUT reservation. As I stated in my previous review, I delayed going to the dentist due to FEAR. Dr. Leslie, Chris, Patti and the entire staff changed this for me. Don't get me wrong, dentist still make me nervous but the staff at Sanders Family Dental takes the PAIN and FEAR out of the equation. If you are TERRFIED of the dentist and have delayed work to be done, please call Sanders Family Dental. You will not be disappointed. Family and friends love the new and improved smile as much as I do. Thanks so much Dr. Leslie and staff.

Dr. Leslie was very through and attentive to my needs. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit and that all my questions were answered. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They presented a comprehensive treatment plan and a high level of expertise. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Never Again!! I am truly disappointed with Dr. David Sanders! What a terrible experience! I needed to go to an oral surgeon to get an implant after a terrible experience with Dr Sanders. I went to Dr. Sanders to get my xrays that I had taken there at his office, he would not give them to me. Even after I paid for them, and they were mine, it was extremely difficult to move to another doctor. He was childlike and very unprofessional. After he spent 2 whole hours taking my tooth out and butchering my gum, you would think he would be happy for me to go to the oral surgeon but no, he wanted to do more damage! I will never go there again. I am still traumatized.

Before finding Sanders Family Dental and Dr. Leslie I rarely went to the dentist. The anxiety and real pain was too much for me. But now, I don't even have to be sedated every time anymore! Dr. Leslie and her team are EXPERTS with fear, pain, patience and make the experience so that I actually don't mind going to my appointments now. I recommend Sanders to everyone who's ever had a painful and/or uncaring dental experience.

Very professional and at the same time very friendly. They explained each step of the dental procedures that I came in for, and did not mind answering any of my questions. I've seen both Dr. Leslie and Dr. David and they both make it a top priority to ensure their patients don't feel pain during procedures. The staff is fun to chat with and remember you when you come in for your appointment. I enjoy going the the Dentist - seriously!!

I am TERRIFIED of dentists. The referral to Sanders Family Dental came from another dentist. You are greeted promptly. From that first contact, I was treated with such kindness and concern. As each procedure was performed, it was explained by Chris. Keeping me calm and informed were priorities. Dr. Lesley Sanders was terrific. Though there is much dental work too be done, I always felt they were concerned about how I was doing. I would recommend then. I have scheduled the appointment to begin the work.
