Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. This is literally the worst place you can go to for any kind of dental work. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Most of them are very unprofessional because they will not own up to anything that was their doing. Changing treatment plans and fees without a warning or even an explanation. The worst part is when you speak to the doctors all they can say is they take no responsibility for anything financial they only know the clinical part of the office. You talk to several employees as you go through your treatment plan and when you finally confront them about what's been going on throughout this experience, they all deny any involvement. Literally an 8 thousand dollar procedure was payed for upfront for them to not get half the work done and refuse a refund until you ask for an explanation why the refund isn't possible. Months later still no partial refund for work that wasn't completed. There is a rude little tech girl that doesn't know what she is doing and literally almost choked my mom trying to get her impressions done. She got an attitude with me after confronting her about it. When I made the Dr. aware of this all she could say was sorry. The other dental assistant that spoke Spanish assumed my mom didn't speak English and was talking bad about my mom to the Dr. and when my mom came up behind her and asked to be shown to the bathroom the tech literally told the doctor "don't worry she doesn't understand" knowing damn well my mom was right in front of her and yes she understands! Had no apologies no kind of acknowledgement for racial act that she literally made toward her even though the tech is Hispanic herself. I think it's hilarious that they have to pay for reviews because they knew I wouldn't stay quiet! Not lying look at their timing they were all around the time we started having issues. Once I knew my mom would have no contact with them that's when I posted mine because I didn't want them to treat her worse than she had already been treated! Truly disgusting and horrific experience.

This place is aweful. You don't see one dentist. You invest in there package and then you get rescheduled two or three times the day before you're supposed to show up. I wouldn't even give them a star. The receptionist can't answer your questions that you ask and half the time they're in the back talking.

I was referred to Loganville dentist. Yesterday, the front desk staff was friendly. Stephan was the BEST. He's has such a calm and genuine demeanor. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. Dr. Kim was thorough and nice as well. We shall see if this will be my new home for dental care.

In my experience this place is a scam. I went in for an exam and cleaning, which I have insurance to cover, but after the exam they said I needed over $6,000 in work which included $665 for cleaning that was not covered by insurance. By the way, I had no cavities. All they do is try to upsell their services. Learned my lesson, I will choose a local family practice that treats its patients fairly.

If I could give 0 stars I would and absolute disgrace of a place I set a specific appointment for an emergency tooth pulling and they didn't even have the the oral surgeon on staff that day when I set the appointment absolutely ridiculous I even called to confirm that I was getting my tooth pulled and they said yes an absolute waste of time do not recommend for anyone with any problems with there mouth I hope this place reads my review and makes some serious changes because I have never been so mad to have my time wasted now im stuck trying to find someone else to have my tooth pulled which is painful this place was my current dentist that I have used for years and they just lost my patronage!

Great experience and friendly staff. Amna did my x-rays and helped me feel comfortable, she has wonderful energy and great care for patients. Made my visit pleasant while I was very nervous. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and I understand my care plan well. Drew was very gentle and thorough hygienist.
