Dr. Scott grew up in North Logan and graduated from Sky View High School. He graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Biology and then attended Washington University School of Dental Medicine. He married the former, Teresa Lindley, from Smithfield. They have one daughter and three sons, two married to dentists, one a dentist, and the last not planning to be a dentist nor married to one. Dr. Scott and his wife have one son-in-law and three daughter-in-laws and are proud grandparents to 14 wonderful grandchildren.
Dr. Scott has been involved in the leadership of the Utah Dental Association, serving as the UDA President in 2012-13. He currently serves on the ADA Council of Dental Practice and as an ADA delegate representing Utah. He also serves on the Utah College of Applied Technology Board of Trustees and the Bridgerland Applied Technology College Board of Directors. Dr. Scott is involved in the Bear River Head Start program.
Dr. Brad was born and raised in Logan, Utah, and graduated from Logan High School. He then spent two years as an LDS missionary in Indonesia. He completed a bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Utah State University with a minor in chemistry.
Dr. Brad attended dental school at the Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, whose faculty reputation provided a top tier dental education. He trained in a newly completed clinic with many of the newest technologies available, including 3D digital dentistry. During this training and rotations within the School of Dentistry, he was provided with opportunities to learn directly from dental specialists and to consult and treatment plan patient care with them. He graduated with a distinction in teaching. Dr. Brad is able to provide all general dental treatment including cosmetic dentistry, implant placement and restoration, surgical extractions, and pre-prosthetic surgeries. He is also certified to provide clear aligner orthodontic treatment for patients.
While at USU, Dr. Brad played tight end for the football team and met his wife, Nicole, a USU volleyball player. He and Nicole are excited to be back in Cache Valley with their two children: Jaxon and Sara. With his free time, Dr. Brad loves spending time with his family and being a father to his children. He also enjoys watching sports, cooking, and yard work. His favorite part of dentistry is restoring people's smiles and seeing patient's enthusiasm after treatment.

A very professional dentist with honest communication and a very clean, inviting office! On the early morning hours of New Years Eve, my son woke up with horrendous mouth pain. To make matters worse, we were visiting relatives in Logan so we weren't near our regular dentist office. My parents have seen Dr. Theurer for years, so they suggested we call and see if my son could get in for an emergency appt. The very friendly and helpful receptionist called Dr. Brad for us and he, very generously, agreed to see us at 9:30 am on the holiday! Dr. Brad investigated the issue, and created a treatment plan. Within 24 hours my son felt better. Thank you so much Dr. Brad! Dentists and receptionist like Logan Smiles are hard to find. If I lived in Logan, I would definitely go to them for every dental procedure - they are honest, reliable, and very professional.

Great people to work with. I took my two boys for their first dental exam and they were very nervous. Brad and the technician working with us were very patient and great with my kids. My boys forgot all about being scared.

Dr. Scott Theurer has been taking care of my teeth since I was a little kid and he is the absolute best! He and his staff are always very caring and gentle and going to the dentist has always been a pleasant experience for me at their office. I moved out of state about 4 years ago and went to a new dentist and had such a horrible, painful experience that since then, I decided to go back to Dr. Theurer's office for my dental checkups whenever I visited my family in Cache Valley. We just moved back to Logan and now I take my toddler to Logan Smiles too, she has been seen by Dr. Brad Theurer a few times and he is wonderful with little kids and I love that my daughter is being given the same kind of positive dental experience I had as a child, by the same fantastic office. Can't recommend them highly enough!

An excellent dental practice. Dr. Brad Theurer (Dr. Scott Theurer's son) is both friendly and thorough. He listens carefully and truly cares for his patient's wellbeing. The assistants and staff are also very courteous. The waiting room was clean and includes tablets (which they keep sanitized) to keep the children entertained. Possibly the only thing missing is the quintessential salt water aquarium. Overall, a great place for your routine dental exams and cleanings.

They do a very good job at this dentist office. They do not push unnecessary services and make me feel very comfortable. Dr Theurer shows me my x-rays and monitors spots he is concerned about and makes sure I know what my options are. I have had a few filings done here and have not felt any pain during the procedures. There is not much more I could ask for with my experience at this office. I would highly recommend them.
