The front desk person is rude, unprofessional, arrogant ,and pretentious. They seem to make up their own policies for procedures when other health facilities are no where near what COVID status they are. Avoid if possible.

They're awful. Didn't believe me about a tooth pain, now I have permanent jaw problems. Wish I could give zero stars.

No emergency services. Walk-in "sick call" is a window of 30 minutes. I spent more time than that on hold to simply schedule an appointment let alone receive dental care. Apparently under-staffed or ill-equipped because appointment availability/scheduling is 75+ days out. This is not only a health and readiness concern for active duty service members and their dependents but hinders advancement as many advanced schools, promotions, and special duty assignments require dental exams.

Woke up with a fever so after I called my leadership I called the clinic to cancel my appointment for the day which was at 1320. Called all THREE of their numbers from 0830 to 1100 every 10 minutes and no answer. They close at 1100-1200 for lunch. Didn't get an answer til 1230 and they were upset because I was cancelling so late... yet I called all morning. I just didn't want a no show Appt on my record but I spend all morning sick trying to call.

I loved this Health Facility great dental got my teeth pulled today and the staff are very friendly and communicate very well highly recommended great job fort belvoir you're on my like list.
