Dr. Suisse writes, In 1997 I met my wife Tami and we were married in 1998. From 1997 to marriage time I continued my artistic pursuits when I realized that Starving Artist is a very real term. I figured for me to be able to stay fat and happy I needed to have art as a hobby and not a career. In 1998 I went to Weber State University and finished a Zoology degree with a Chemistry minor. In 2001 I was accepted to Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I graduated in 2005 and moved back to Utah where I plan on living happily ever after. I love my job as a dentist and love seeing the change that the small things I do for my patients can have on them.

Dr. Jake Sorensen was born and raised in Smithfield, Utah where he attended Sky View High School. After graduating from high school, he started his pursuit of a career in art by furthering his education at Utah State University.

He then served a 2-year mission for the LDS Church in Italy and upon returning home, he married his high school sweetheart Melese Brown. With her by his side, he pursued his degree. He found a job as a lab tech making crowns and bridges for local dentists and discovered a new interest in that line of work.

With dentistry as his new art, he finished his degree at USU in Liberal Arts and Science with a minor in Chemistry. He then furthered his ambitions by accepting the request to attend Dalhousie Dental School in Nova Scotia.

Upon finishing dental school, Dr. Sorensen has provided his patients with a wide array of services such as esthetic veneers, crowns and bridges, implants, extraction of wisdom teeth, and conscious sedation. His main focus is to provide a family-like atmosphere while providing up-to-date services for his patients and helping them smile no matter what their dental needs are.

He lives in Hyde Park with his beautiful wife Melese and their three wonderful children. He enjoys every sport possible and anything to do with the outdoors, but most of all love working with people and using his skills as a dentist.

Dr. Spackman is a Cache Valley native. After a handful of moves, he made his way back to the valley to complete his undergraduate training at Utah State University. While there he married his high school sweetheart. He graduated from The Ohio State College of Dentistry and is thrilled to return to the mountains. Kyle loves working with people and chose the field of dentistry because it allows him to talk to new people every day. He loves working with the entire family and seeks to make sure you are comfortable in the dental chair with his charismatic personality and the occasional dad joke.

When hes not with patients you can find Dr. Spackman training for his next Spartan race, catching up on his Marvel trivia, making cheesy family music videos, or enjoying a backyard bbq with his wife and 3 young children (and anyone else he can convince to come over). Dr. Spackman is excited to come home to serve the people of Cache Valley.

It was at Utah State that Dr. Taylor met and married his wife JoLynne Hunsaker, raised in Tremonton.

Dr. Taylor graduated from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. While in dental school, Dr. Taylor and his wife had two sons, Samuel and Charlie, both dual citizens (Canadian and American). Dental school was an amazing experience where Dr. Taylor was able to hone his skills and learned to love dentistry while living in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Love this dental office! We've been going here since we moved to the valley 5 years ago. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! They make me feel at ease every visit! Highly recommend!

Dr. Larsen has been our dentist for over 10 years, and he has always been kind, sensitive, and dedicated to excellence in his work. If there were more doctors like Dr. Larsen in the medical field, there would be much less angst about going to the dentist or doctor. I can't remember how we found Dr. Larsen, but I am so grateful we did.

Most painful shots and fillings I've ever received. It's no wonder the good practitioners are always filtering out. Staff mask practices are disgusting (at best 50% are wearing masks correctly, and zero enforcement in waiting areas) for what should be a medical environment in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. It should also be embarrassing for this business that as an adult who's been coming here for years I still get treated like a child every time up until they figure out I work full time. The receptionists are rude, and do not care to help you in a timely manner. They don't care here, and frankly you'd be better off just about anywhere else.

After being away from the dentist for several years, some of which is from major anxiety, I finally went back in. I saw Dr Spackman and I was very impressed with him and the hygentist that helped him. My anxieties were gone, for the most part, as I felt comfortable enough with him and what he was doing! I will for sure be back in 6 months!

Okay dental service, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to them for oral surgery of any kind. I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They sat me down in a regular old dental chair, no blanket or anything. They put me out with an IV and the second I woke up they were trying to move me out of the chair and out the door, even though I couldn't sit up let alone stand. They gave me zero time to recover and treated me terribly. Good for regular old dental work, however they ARE NOT I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT equipped for oral surgeries.

Very kind and caring staff. Our son had a bad cavity filled that's been causing quite a bit of pain. It was done on a Friday, but the dentist was worried about his pain level. He gave us his cell number to call on the weekend if he wasn't getting better, with the promise that he'd come back in if we needed to. This isn't the first time they've gone the extra mile for our family, just the most recent.

Had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Harris. Dr. Harris has the most kind patient to Dentist demeanor I've ever experienced. I didn't have dental insurance so he would kindly offer the best recommendations as to a treatment plan that would not overwhelm me financially. Thank you for caring about me and my teeth.
