after receiving service (a filling) that left me in some pain, i went for a follow up because something obviously wasn't right in the first appointment. instead of taking me seriously, she looked in my mouth for max 10 seconds, said the filling didn't fall out, informed me that she no longer takes my insurance (i understand that this is my fault technically), and charged me for an "examination" even though she didn't even try to find the root of the pain. it's been over a month now of eating on only one side. i wish she would have either tried to fix the problem, or not charged me for being afraid the filling fell out (i still have no clue why my tooth hurts like this). i am still in pain, i didn't feel taken seriously, and i felt like multiple charges popped up without me being aware i was "agreeing" to them. the service team is nice but the dentist seems to have an ego, and i felt like the examination was only classified as such so that she could have money from my pocket straight into hers.

I love this office. Dr Porter is awesome and isn't a run of the mill corporate feel dentist. Other dental offices in the area have tried to take our family for all we're worth for stuff we didn't need. Good thing I didn't fall for it and found Dr Porter. Her whole staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The WORST place ever! Do not go there if your time means anything to you, they have no respect for your time. The dentist here is a joke! Next time I will go to a real reputable dentist with appropriate bedside manner! I am disgusted by her behavior. She is a scam artist. She told me I need a root canal after she did the filling and their teeth cleaning is really poor. JUST GREEDY FOR MONEY!!

Dr. Porter and her team are amazing! I have major anxiety when ever I have to go to the dentist, I sometimes look for a reason to cancel. But every time I leave her practice I am in a good mood and smiling, she truly cares about your personal well being and comfort and because of that she will be my dentist for life.

Dr. Porter was terrific with my 9 year old son! He had to have an extraction done and she was so delightful and cheerful with him which settled his nerves and gave him more confidence that things were going to be okay. All the staff was super helpful and very friendly!

I've been seeing doctor Porter for a long a time and she is the best. She saved my teeth when other Doctors recommended having them pulled and having implants installed. You can't see a better dentist.

I've been so pleased with the care I've received at Lofton Creek Smiles. Dr. Porter and her team are kind, gentle, and thorough, using the most up-to-date techniques and equipment. My family and I will continue to go there for our regular dental care!

Dr Porter is an excellent Dentist! I've been going to this Dental Practice for several years and am so happy with the service I receive, I just had to share it with others. I think this is my second google review so that says a lot. The Staff is very friendly and I never feel rushed. Unlike many Doctor or Dentist offices, I never have to wait a long time which is important to me. I had an area in my mouth that bothered me cosmetically and asked Dr Porter if she could fix it. She said she could and I was astounded how quickly and well she fixed this problem area and wish I hadn't waited so long. Thank you Dr Porter and Staff. I appreciate you!

Dr. Porter and her staff are the best! She makes our children feel comfortable. She is very gentle. She has great presence and bedside manner. She is mindful of both the patient and the parents in the room while she works. We highly recommend her!!

Dr.Porter and staff made me feel very comfortable and very fast timing.They got me in did the procedure and I was out before I knew it.I never felt any pain or thought that I would , very comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Dr.Porter.Your now my dentist for life.
