Ashley is a beautiful and compassionate provider. She understands how some people fear dental procedures and knows how to make you comfortable and relaxed!

We are loving our new dentist! He is Wonderful!!! My autistic son who rarely speaks told us "We got a great dentist, Mom and Dad, I really like him! Of course he said the hygienist was beautiful too!! It just feels good when you walk in! Like you belong!!The Dr. Knows his stuff, he is awesome to work with. 5 stars plus!!

Warning!!! Stay away from this dentist. To begin with Dr Loesberg sold his practice but the people who bought it kept his name. He's been retired in Florida for some time now. I came here to get a crown replaced and I was pain free but since the crown was put on and the post that was replaced that the dentist insisted upon doing saying the tooth would probably crack in the future if it wasn't done I've had nothing but pain. I went back an estimated five or six times complaining about the discomfort and he tried a number of times to relieve the pain including adjusting the bite which was obviously high and he even said twice he would replace the crown but then the last time I went to him because I was still in pain when I asked him about the crown replacement he turned his back and walked away from me. That was the last time I went back to his office and decided to look for a new dentist. Since then I needed a root canal on that tooth and the crown he put on had a hole in it because he filed it down too much. He even filed down a good crown on the tooth that sits above it which I was not comfortable with. I did receive some compensation from the insurance company after I filed a complaint but I'm still out hundreds of dollars. I now have to purchase another crown because of the hole that he put in it. Even the endodontist dentist that perform the root canal was surprised about the shabby work that was done. I don't know how this place got any good reviews but do yourself a favor and seek another dentist that stands behind its work .

I always have a great experience at this office. The doctor is very attentive and takes the time to explain everything to me in detail and answers any questions I have!

Our family has used this dentist office for years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are great with my two children (especially the one who is not so great at the dentist!)!

I opted out of their services. I do not recall I made an appointment. Last min they called that I had an appointment. I could not go due to work. And guess what I get a bill of "failure to show" for $50. First time in the history I have seen such a fee. I am so disappointed. Despite my opting out of their services, they still chase you to go to them for dental services. If there is less than one star, that is what I would give them. Very very disappointed.

I am a 50 year old baby. This place is so good at what they do! They made my mouth beautiful. Also they made me feel comfortable in the whole process. I would recommend them to all people apprehensive about the dentist. Great work!! Robert Boyd

Took my mother to him but not impressed with his mannerism nor skill. He took xrays, said there were 3 cavities. I took x-rays elsewhere to read, and told there were none. Went back to him, he was annoyed, gave excuses...

Do not allow Jordan Barber to work on your teeth. He does not care if his work is of a high standard or not. I had a cavity filled on June 23rd, By July 12 the filling partially broke off leaving me unable to drink even room temperate water without painful sensitivity. I have always been complimented on the my teeth. I expressed concern to Jordan about cavity filling procedure when i was there, and there was no compassion whatsoever. When i came back to correct the issue, and asked what could have been the problem i was told, "Things Happen, like when the mechanic works on your car and things break again." I explained to Jordan using a mechanical reference to his dental patients is not a good idea. He didn't care. I shouldn't be surprised, just like he obviously wasn't surprised to see me less than 3 weeks after filling a cavity. Am i that unfamiliar with dentistry? Shouldn't fillings last longer than 3 weeks? Don't ask Jordan... he doesn't know. Sorry Dr Loesberg, Jordan is doing your name wrong, and it's a shame because the rest of the staff, and yourself, have always been our go to family dentist. I guess i will take Jordan's advise on one thing. I will take my teeth somewhere else from now on. Jordan Barber actually did say, "there are plenty of dentists around. You can go somewhere else." I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. They really do put care and comfort first. I have had some very bad experiences with dentists (honestly a few should have been reported), and I let the people here know about my concerns when I first started coming here. Everyone had been incredibly careful, helpful, and responsive, and they have done as much as possible to prevent discomfort and address any pain. If I ever looked like I was uncomfortable, the dentist or hygienist stopped and asked me if I was in pain or needed a break, and did whatever they could to make me more comfortable. This is by far the best and most responsive dental practice I have ever gone to, and I've felt more comfortable here than anywhere else. If you have any concerns, just let them know and they will do everything they can to make it a good experience for you. (and my teeth look great!)

Worst experience at a dentist EVER! Will not go back! Was injected with too much anesthetic (epinephrine) causing severe allergic reaction (tremors, sweating, lightheadedness, life threatening) and procedures (2 fillings) were continued in spite of my reaction to the anesthetic. Dental assistant was curt and insisted I hold still even though I had no control of my movements due to the epinephrine.

After 32 years as a patient of Doctor Loesburg I would consider him a competent dentist. However, a crown he recently inserted fell apart after only 15 months, and insurance would not cover the replacement cost - $1000 - since they expect a crown to last five years. I thought that Dr. Loesburg might give me a discount given the short life of the crown and my 32 years of loyalty. I was wrong. Instead he responded in his familiar condescending tone "What do you want me to do, wave a magic wand?" After being examined by my new dentist he suggested using a gold crown rather than porcelain since the tooth was a back molar, the fit was very narrow, the new crown would be thin, and gold is stronger than porcelain. He also suggested if gold had been used the last time it might not have cracked in the first place.
