When I first started coming to L&P, I hadn't been to the dentist in 5+ years because of having such a genuine fear of the dentist. Dr. Loeffler has truly been the BEST dentist in my entire life. He has helped me overcome my fear, and continues to tell me how proud of me he is at each appointment. The entire team is full of the sweetest people on the planet as well! I'd recommend this dental office to everyone if I could. They care so deeply about their patients, and if finances are ever an issue they're extremely transparent and helpful. This dental office only wants what's best for you, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I am actually new to the area and am a recent graduate from Lancaster Theological Seminary. A gentleman said that his wife was an oral hygienist and works for a really great dental facility so I thought I'd read the reviews and I feel pretty confident that this may be my home because teeth care is a serious service. Super fantastic experience. Love the docs, love the staff. Truly the best dental experience I've had, and am a new customer for life. The time they take to educate, and to make sure you're comfortable, and to make sure the work is just right, is one of a kind. Traveling over an hour is well worth it, and besides, who doesn't love visiting Lancaster!

Drs. Loeffler and Pitt and their staff are absolutely stellar! They are all incredibly good at what they do, they run on-time, and are the most kind, personable group you could ever hope to find. We still use them even though they are out of network for our insurance, because we just simply wouldn't ever go anywhere else!

I would give this wonderful dental practice 10 stars if I could. The expertise there from both Dentists and Staff is incredible. Beyond that, the atmosphere is very warm and caring from the front desk to the professionals!! I am very happy with the experience and results!!!

I have been going to Loeffler & Pitt since I was a young child and I just turned 50. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere from the ladies at the front desk to all the staff! I encourage everyone to check them out! Also a special shout out to Tina, the BEST hygienist in the entire planet! A gum massage after a cleaning, who does that? Tina does! The best!!

My family of 5 have been patients of Loeffler-Pitt for 10 years. They came highly recommended by a close friend and we have received the best dental care in town. My 16 year old daughter commented, that the staff treat you like a family friend.

We have been clients of Loeffler & Pitt for over 20 years. Everything about their practice is excellent! They are all very caring, friendly and interested in the patients. Due to some gum issues I go every 4 months. I have had fillings and crowns, all of which were painless. I tell people I Love going to my dentists! Highly recommend them!

My family and I have been patients for 15 years and we couldn't be more pleased. They know how to make things fun and interesting for the kids during their cleanings and examinations. The staff is friendly and gives great ideas for preventative care.

Since my first appointment in Feburary 2017 Dr. Pitt and his staff have taken care of all my dental issues with top notch professional care and concern on the phone, at the front desk and in the dental chair. My dry mouth has caused several issues and all have been treated with the utmost care. All my questions have always been answered. This is a treasure of an office!!!

I have been a patient at Loeffler-Pitt for over 25 years and their service and care is truly exceptional. I even continued to visit it them when I moved down to Maryland because I couldn't find a dentist to match their care and attention. When I visit they really take their time to get everything clean and taken care of and to make me feel comfortable. They keep up with new innovations in the field and I always leave feeling like my mouth took a spa day.

My family members and I have been patients of Loeffler-Pitt Dental Associates for more than twenty years. There are many excellent dentists in the Lancaster area but I am confident that everyone including the office staff, hygienists, and dental assistants at Loeffler-Pitt are the best in the business.

"Mariko and I have been going to Loeffler - Pitt for nearly 20 years! They are like family on one hand, the most caring people but also a most professional team, from the doctors to the technicians, and assistants. What ever the situation, they are quick to schedule and are highly knowledgeable and skilled at tackling it in the most up to date facilities. I've been going to Loeffler-Pitt for years. Their experience & professionalism are consistently high. Add to that a human touch with a dash of humor and I can't ask for much more than that.
